We were a family of three and the small apartment was perfect for us. Very clean, quiet surroundings, and the food was amazing. We stayed for 3 nights and had breakfast and dinner here every day here. Our hosts were extremely nice and super helpful and also gave us great suggestions of places to visit from La Spezia. Only wish we could have stayed longer.

The surroundings are beautiful but the road to get to the restaurant B&B is quite narrow at times, with tight corners, best for smaller cars.

From the very first moment, we felt the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the place. The service is outstanding, and the two hosts are always ready with a smile whenever you need something. The food is delicious and homemade from scratch, and the breakfast is among the best we’ve had in Italy.

If we were to point out one small thing, it would be that the room was a bit on the cold side – but we managed just fine 😊

Un'Ottimo was an amazing 1620's property situated in the hills of Tuscany. Our stay there was the highlight of our trip to Italy. Owners Christina and Dario and their two beautiful children Eduardo and Isabelle treated us like family. The remoteness of the property meant there was not another tourist to be seen and transport to and from nearby Le Spezza was arranged by Christina. The homemade pasta was the best. I wish we could have stayed longer.

in general - we lover it the owner is very nice & friendly - they did all they can to assist. breakfast was very good - many options to choose. the building is very old - very nice atmosphere. we had dinner on site at the first night and enjoyed it - typical food from Rome area! No reception for phone inside but internet signal was very good

we stayed at the Duplex Suite - the bed is upstairs with steep stairs - the light it only upstairs. the room hight is too low at the right side of the bed.. need to be carefully while walking. the bathroom design is not the best... the toilets s too close to the shower, and shower head location is not good - you need to hold it by your hand. the road to the house is narrow...

It was a delightful experience, an interesting position of the building, with a superb garden of olive trees and superb views. The old building is furnished with great taste, well renovated and brought to life. The typically Italian food and drinks served were also very good. The hosts are very warm, friendly and helpful. We will definitely return to this location!

Because the building is very old, it has no soundproofing between the rooms and you can hear everything. This did not prevent us from having a wonderful stay, because it was our child who cried at night and probably disturbed the others... I hope I did not disturb them ☺️

Perfect location with a beautiful story, makes a good base for visiting 5 Terre. The building dates back from the 17th century, it even has its own chapel. Rooms are charming and comfortable, we loved that original details were preserved. The restaurant was amazing, a true gem, located in a relaxed outdoor setting. The owners, Cristina and her husband, make great hosts.

That we only stayed for one night - but we will be back😊

My husband and I are extremely pleased with this stay. Everything was great. The customer service of the staff was exceptional. The location was great. You breathe pure oxygen. it’s so natural. Also, they have a restaurant and the food was special. We highly recommend it.

Nothing everything was great

Very nice place renovated with lots of charm and attention, the room was simple but well organized and furnished with love. Friendly staff and delicious food at the restaurant. The terrace and garden are fantastic, perfect to chill after a long journey. The breakfast buffet was also generous and tasteful.

The beer was surprisingly expensive (8€ for a 0,4l beer) but other than that, everything was fine.

We loved this place, the room was so cozy the bed comfortable and the bathroom very clean. The stuff was kind and we enjoyed the food as well. Truly amazing stay.

The wifi signal was very bad

The location was wonderful - very peaceful with wonderful views from the terrace. The building itself is very beautiful & full of character. Evening supper was excellent as was the choice of wine.

There was not anything we disliked but if asked to be critical the room was a little on the small side but very comfortable.
