The room was an excellent size and the kitchen fully equipped. I really liked that there was a bath and shower option as well as other facilities such as an iron and ironing board. There were no WiFi issues and the property is ideally located only a 2 minute walk from the station and 15 minute walk from main attractions such as the Cathédrale Saint-Gatien and Basilique Saint-Martin de Tours. There is a convenience store next door so you can get food, drinks, etc really easily.

Lack of air conditioning in the room. It was 35 degrees outside and the rooms were hot. Fans were provided however. Don’t understand why the rooms aren’t air conditioned when the corridors and communal areas seemed to be! Response to questions raised via email was non existent. Asked 3 questions and got no reply at all. Parking arrangements as a result were unclear. We ended up parking in the nearest underground car park and paid ourselves.

Our room (402) was spacious, quiet, peaceful. The bed was comfortable. It was good to have a bath! Breakfast was very good. The staff were cheerful and efficient. The swimming pool was great. The lifts were responsive. The location is ideal, a short walk from the railway station and the Hotel de Ville and many shops and restaurants.

Only two towels between us for a 5-night stay seemed too few, especially when there are no pool towels. The tap on the bath was loose, although it did work.

Excellent location, facilities within the room, clean, quiet, good bathroom and friendly staff. Street parking was easy to find right outside.Fantastic value for money and they accept pets. Highly recommend.

My wife left her jewellery in the room when we checked out and did not realise until later that evening. Francois and the team retrieved it all and arranged to send it on to us via a courier. Really, really excellent.. thank you 🙏

The staff are very friendly and always smiling. The location is extremely convenient, just a short walk from the train station, with a supermarket right downstairs. The swimming pool is a big plus for families with children. Great value for money!

Some of the facilities in the room are a bit outdated, with quite a bit of dust in the corners and noticeable stains on the walls. But overall, it’s still okay.

Great location for central Tours. Excellent value for rooms which were very clean & comfortable (especially the bed)

Check in Times at Weekend a little restrictive. Only thing missing from the room was a hairdryer.

The hotel is close to the airport and there is a free transfer. The reception works 24/7. The breakfast is quite varied. There are a sauna and a fitness studio for free for customers (but I did not have time to use them).

It looks like the furniture is not very new (but it works well enough). In my case, the key did not work at the beginning of my stay, and I had to reprogram it at the reception.

The living area and bedroom were very large, and we liked the balcony. There was a real feeling of space. Also, the location is perfect - very close to the railway station and bus terminal, and to the centre of town.

The breakfasts were a disappointment - the croissants and pan au chocolat were regularly burnt, and the various food items (and cutlery and crockery) were not topped up when they had been used up.
