A large spacious room, with some unusual decoration that may not be to every ones taste, e.g. a bright pink and black patterned chair. The room had a good view of the river and the city and was conveniently located to walk into the city.

The breakfast though quite good, was in small room with insufficient seating. They even had suggested red, amber and green rotation times of when to have breakfast. Accessing the car park was a little confusing.

Location is great, very close to the main attractions. Solid early breakfast (from 6.30).

Underground garage contains very narrow slots and some strange tilted metal constructions (instead of flat floor) the cars must drive on, which makes parking very difficult. And there is no guarantee that You'll be able to squeeze out of the car after parking if You are not suitably thin (remember, - slots are narrow). Parking costs additional 18 EUR per night.

The service of the hotel is good, the staff is helpful. As we reach there earlier, they can keep the luggage for us at the reception and the car in the parking lot. The location of the hotel is also reasonably located and we can get to the Old City area by walking for 15-20mins. Otherwise, you can buy the day ticket for the tram into the city which is just behind the hotel (near the park). The breakfast provided is exceptionally good.

Room: nice and clean; non-smoking; bathroom: nice herbal shampoo and soap, containers filled up. Spare towels. Location was easy to be found by car. Parking at the hotel's premises. Late check-in is possible, hotel is available on phone any time.

Small comments: For me my pillow was smaller than I prefer> either larger or additional would be great. Parking costs are on top, similarly to other locations (so it is not specific to this location, but calculate with it). Late check-in info to be included in the description (i did not find it)

Staff friendly and helpful, room adequate, bed and pillows comfortable. Didn't have breakfast there as we thought it was overpriced. Easy parking in the hotel grounds. It's a good location, just a short walk to the old town.

The bathroom was an odd shape and the shower screen didn't stop water splashing onto the bathroom floor. The circular bathroom window could only be completely opened or completely closed (top half folded down), which was rather impractical when the temperature outside was 5 degrees. There was little sound insulation and the traffic noise from the main road was intrusive, as well as sounds from other rooms.

Super-friendly receptionist (Frau Niemeyer or Niemann? - sorry, I am not completely sure now... apologies), who helped us choose between parking options, and even reserved for us a dinner table at a restaurant in the old town. Free coffee in the afternoon/evening, close to the reception. Quiet rooms. Location at the foot of the Fortress Marienberg, and close to the old town on the other side of the river (connected by a beautiful historical pedestrian bridge).

It was absolutely perfect. I have never been so happy, also thanks to the extremely helpful receptionist.

The breakfast was excellent catering for all tastes.

The bathroom was a little gloomy.As I am very short the soap bottles were too high for me.As an elderly person(like many other guests ) a walk in shower would have been easier rather than climbing into a bath

Great extensive breakfast, nice room, great location very easy walk into town and to river.

Parking in the underground garage, half the parking spaces were up metal ramps (these were all that was left when we arrived late afternoon) these were very difficult to park on, a opinion shared by others trying to use them.

The location is very central, at short walking distance from the old town. The breakfast was really fabulous. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The bathroom is huge. A very big plus was having a capsule coffee machine and a boiling water can in the room.

We were not informed before that the parking space was 16EUR per night, so it came a bit of a surprise when we checked in. The walk-in shower was very chic, but the whole bathroom gets wet when having a shower because there is no door. Since the room was in the ground floor, our window was directly to the parking lot, so we had to have the curtains closed the whole time if we didn't want people peeking at us.

Pretty big hotel with underground and overground parking spaces. Friendly and helpful staff. The room in itself wasn’t huge, but more than enough for one person as I was traveling alone. Comfortable bed, some view of the city, good noise isolation. Shower mit toiletries provided, everything was very clean. Huge breakfast buffet, lots of tasty options. Hotel is within walking distance to the old town.
