The hotels location is perfect. Very close to the lake, within walking distance from the city centre and the tram is literally just outside the hotell when you feel like moving around the city a little faster. The staff was really kind, helpful and service minded. They really made our stay something extra ordinary. They helped buying tram tickets and really took their time in recommending different restaurants and landmarks around the city. The breakfast was nice, it didn’t have the widest selection of breakfast choices but everything was fresh and of high quality. The bircher muesli was my favourite.

The hotel is nice. Place and location is good.. Room is cleaned everyday. Close to the tram line. Walking distance to the nearby river and restaurant.

It is a very hot summer in Switzerland. We visit in mid July. The room has only small fan. No aircon in the room. It is very hot and humid in the day and night. Not able to sleep well.

The hotel is an excellent location in Zurich, very close to the lake and the breakfast was delicious with a good variety of foods. We got champagne on the 2nd morning with breakfast which was fantastic ! The staff were friendly.

There was building work taking place nearby and we were not informed in advance. We woke up to the sound of drilling The hotel also did not respond to messages requesting advice on how best to get there from the centre prior to the stay.

Beautiful little hotel with an excellent location- walkable distance to Historic Old Town and train stations. The highlight of our stay was the hotel staff. Greeted us warmly and were very helpful in guiding us on attractions to visit. Highly recommend!

The bathroom was quite small by American standards and there was not an enclosed shower - only a shower curtain. This led to water getting on the bathroom floor.

Very welcoming and comfortable - ideal for a one-night stay when in Zurich on business. The rooms are small - but that is to be expected in Zurich, especially at this price. Ana, the receptionist, was outstanding: very helpful and welcoming – a perfect blend of professionalism and genuine warmth.

I wish we would have had a bigger room. It was too small for my husband and me. We couldn’t place his open suitcase anywhere. I thought it would be like the The Opera Hotel a 4 star hotel. The staff was exceptional helpful, kind and pleasant. Thank you, Maureen & John

I showed my booking and they could not find my booking which I booked on booking.com and they said it was overbooked so that they could not have a room for me at Seehof. I could not imagine if in the peak season they can not find another hotel for me. Then they move us to another very nice near hotel. That hotel name is Ambassador, 4 star hotel. That was very nice hotel and nice staff. I would highly recommend if you stay in Ambassador hotel in Zurich

Location was great close to the river and to christmas market. Good breakfast. Quite area. Room was big and clean. They upgraded my room (I didn't ask for it) to Opera Hotel (same location and same owner) very kind of them. for no extra fee.

First stay in Zürich- excellent location of hotel, near to the opera, close to eating, the lake, central for everything! Hotel room clean, spacious, staff welcoming and helpful, continental breakfast with lovely food. Would stay again!

We were on arrival, greeted by friendly professional staff. We had already checked in online, so we were given our key cards and directions to the attic suite. Our room was perfectly appointed, warm and comfortable. The en suite was also superb. The choices for breakfast were wide and varied, hot and cold.

Nothing that I can think of!
