The location of the property was excellent and a quick walk to the the beach and restaurants. the apartment was very clean. Good value for money.

Having to step up to the balcony, it was incredibly noisy with lots of work going off in the building and at the back of the car park. The apartment sofa bed wasn’t particularly comfortable but adequate all the same. unable to have a lie in as the blinds are not blackout. No large mirror to get ready in front off to do hair etc just one mirror in the bathroom.

The location is good and the agency responds quickly to enquiries. It was clean and had cleaning products for us to use.

The room gets blasted by the sun all day and gets extremely hot. A tent on the balcony would make a huge difference to this but sadly there isn't one so it receives direct sunlight and becomes unbearable. The air condition unit needs a long time to cool the room down and it was quite stressful for us to have to make sure we keep an eye on how much electricity we were using because we would get charged extra as we were given a day's kWh allowance (which we didn't realise until we got there).

Only positives: clean linens and towels, and a good location. That’s it.

I do not recommend this property – very disappointing experience. 1. €250 deposit required in advance. It’s frozen for up to 14 days after check-out (I got mine back on the 15th day only after contacting Booking). If I had known this earlier, I would never have booked a non-refundable stay. 2. Poor overall condition of the apartment. Dirty windows, broken, stained sofas. I had to spend 15 minutes fixing the sofa over a video call with the host, who kept insisting “it works” – completely unacceptable. 3. Disgusting stains. One sofa had a reddish stain, which the host claimed was wine, not blood. Either way, it was unpleasant. The sofa was filthy overall. So were the cushions, covers, poufs – stained and smelly. Thankfully, I had disinfectant wipes with me. 4. Torn curtains. When I mentioned this, the host said it would take him two days to sew them back. Seriously? Two days to fix cheap IKEA curtains? 5. Balcony access is a joke. You have to climb out the window onto a wooden bench, clearly not designed for this. If you’re older or have limited mobility, you simply won’t manage it. The balcony itself is unsafe – plaster and stones fall from above. Photos attached. 6. View from the balcony is of a construction waste container and a parking lot. We also encountered a large cockroach on the balcony, so we kept the doors closed afterward. 7. Kitchen stove is ancient. It works, but it’s clearly decades old. At the same time, the host asks guests to “save electricity” – ridiculous. 8. Air conditioning barely works. The remote had no batteries. We took some from the TV remote (which didn’t work anyway), but even then, the A/C ran for about 5 minutes and stopped. We followed the instructions. 9. Safety concerns. On our last night, around 3 a.m., someone tried to enter the apartment through the balcony and then pulled on the main door handle. It was terrifying – I was there alone with my daughter. Would not return. Would not recommend
