I loved that the breakfasts were fresh and varied. You can tell the effort put in, unlike other hotels I've gone to that were not so great and super clean. I also enjoyed that the rooms and halls smelled clean, the pillows were comfortable, and it was huge for me to be in a clean, spotless looking hotel.

Some staff were rude and most spoke Spanish around you like they were talking about you and not in a nice way.

1. The great Customer Service at check-in. The gentlemen at the front desk were courteous, efficient, friendly and very helpful. 2. The property met my expectations of being immaculately kept, as it seemed to have been newly constructed. My expectations were high from the previous reviews, and the property didn't disappoint. I slept very well, as the beds were inviting and comfortable. There were both soft and firm pillows on the bed which definitely worked well in my favour. The water pressure in the shower was great and there was an abundance of hot water on the 4th floor. I loved looking at the pool while I ate breakfast, which was abundant and varied. 4. I particularly loved the location of the hotel, specifically because it is nicely tucked away fin a very quiet and safe area in Miramar, which I deem great for business travellers or those in need of some much needed R&R. A vehicle is a must however, to get to the stores and restaurants within the area. 5. Parking is free. This is what separated them from their competitors in the area, of which there are at least four. 6. It is properly priced for a weekend visit and well worth it!!! I will definitely return upon my next visit. .

Staff is great. Very dedicated. The place is almost new and is as expected. It would be better if all showers had a hand shower and if there where waffles for breakfast.

No waffles for breakfast and no hand shower on all showers, only for disable. The water pressure on the shower was week. One may believe it saves water, but it does not, because the amount of water necessary to remove soap is the same, and with a higher pressure it takes less time and water to remove the same amount of soap because will have the water and it's pressure against the soap, while the low pressure water acting alone will take longer and more water to remove the same amount of soap.

I had a great stay at Holiday Inn Express Miramar! The room was clean and refreshed perfectly each day, making it a comfortable and relaxing experience. I especially appreciated the quality of the shampoo and body wash—such a nice touch! The staff was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The American breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of options to start the day right. Plus, the hotel is well located, making it easy to get around. Overall, a great experience, and I’d definitely stay here again!

Location, car park and size of the room.

Reception is pathetic. I had to check out at 3 in the morning and there was nobody at the reception. I rang the bell, yet nothing. Then I called the hotel from my mobile and then someone came out of the back office to assist me. Generally the receptionists are very slow and take their sweet time (~15 minutes) to deal with one customer. I was third in the queue at 10 PM. Holiday Inn can do a better job.

Although a short stay, it looked organized and clean.

The fact that, I was asked for the actual credit card used for the reservation, in order to check in. As the clerk said: “ you will not be able to stay”, I asked if I can use my phone, answered “NO”, then I was about to leave, to find another hotel, but my wife used her actual credit card to check-in….

The breakfast is excellent and the staff are very friendly. Serve eggs, pancakes, bread, yogurt, fruits, cereal, juices, coffee, etc.The zone where the hotel is located is peaceful and many facilities nearby, such as shopping centers and restaurants. Also, the hotel has a small laundry, very convenient.

The only thing is a suggestion. Put a laundry detergent and dryer sheet dispenser machine.
