The breakfast was excellent! The location was convenient for the town and the beach. It was in a nice area that was mostly quiet and restful.

The room was a little musty smelling. It was barely noticeable. The shower drained slowly. That was probably because of sand clogging the drain. We've experienced that at beach locations before. The carpet in the furniture were older. I like that the furniture was vinyl. I really don't mind older furniture as I don't like wasting money on something that's unnecessary. The carpet could have been better. It was functional but it was definitely worn.

the property was beautiful. it was very spacious & quiet. our room was beautiful. i’ve never seen a two story hotel room before. the beds were extremely comfortable. we stayed for about 6 days and obviously ran out of toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage bags. the front desk was always happy to give us any extra things we needed. the pool was beautiful, clean, and quiet. the staff was extremely helpful.

i will say there were a couple broken things in the room such as the toilet paper holder and one of the closet doors. we also found an old vape behind one of the beds.

I loved the complex, it had a great pool area, the kitchen was super convenient and everything you need to make a quick meal, or a nice dinner was there. The staff was very friendly and helpful with getting around the area, telling us what we needed to enjoy the beach in ocean city and fun things to do and see. If I needed something like soap for the dishwasher, trash bags or paper towels, they provided everything. There was a grill in the pool area that you could use for a great cookout. I really had a great vacation thanks to them.

The only thing I didn't care for was the trash bin and housekeeping carts were stored right outside our room. The seagulls would get trash all over from the bin, and no one really cleaned that up on a daily basis. They could do a better job of picking up after the birds.

It was conveniently located. Close to restaurants/beach. It was nice and quiet. The room was big enough to accommodate our cat and the tent she stays in. It was clean, the bed was comfortable. The bathroom (toilet/shower area) was fairly small (not enough hooks, etc. for the towels),but the sink was outside that area, so that was helpful.

When you pull up to the entrance to check in, it's a bit dated. Also, the outside doors to the rooms were "beat up" and judging from the appearance, it was sketchy (until you opened the door to the room, then it was a very nice surprise).

I liked the location, I liked and was pleasantly surprised that it was an efficiency room, I liked that breakfast was provided and I loved the space that was provided for eating the breakfast and that there were different sections which included tv.s. I think having a pool, exercise room were great additions. I would definitely stay here again.

It’s the biggest hotel you can get for a family in the area without renting a house. The location is perfect. Close to Ocean City and close to our family’s house for the holidays. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The studio suite was VERY clean. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and water available all day. Great water pressure in the shower.

It’s getting old and could use some upgrades in the room. Popcorn ceilings need to go! Shower had a big rust stain in the tub that almost turned us off from using it.

Swimming pool, 24/7 midsized gym, our room was very cozy and clean. Welcoming reception were very warm and hospitable, loved the all inclusive breakfast provided, great for a quiet place to go to when on vacation. Free parking at the suite.

The bathroom didn't have shampoo and body wash only conditioner. The walls over the shower looked dirty while the other side of the bathroom walls was cleaner. Several channels in the TV were not clear and fuzzy. Probably due to the cable or satellite reception. It's always good, once you go into your rental to check everything before settling in.

First we need to start off by recognizing great staff. Luis, Faith, and Kayla stood out as exceptional, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, I did encounter many other staff members, all who were kind as well. The room had plenty of space, I loved having a kitchen, the bathroom set up is great as well. It has laundry facilities on site which is handy.

The hot water does not last very long by any means, nor does it really reach a very hot temperature. The other issue is the screens for the windows/slide doors were in poor repair. I have noticed based on multiple different stays now that some rooms are not in nearly the same state of repair (broken and glued sloppy counter or broken oven handle, although nothing that would affect a comfortable staff - purely aesthetic)

Liked the space of the rooms and the availability of the lobby area for late night socializing. The pool was clean and the area around the pool was decent. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The breakfast was ok but the lack of any kind of mean (bacon or sausage) was a disappointment. The AC was not good. The lowest setting for the temperature was 68 degrees and while the room was cool, it was also humid.

The location, privacy and size of suite were great. If I didn’t have my own dog with me, I would have never known it was pet-friendly bc the room was so clean and smelled fresh plus the dog area outside was well maintained.

They were having some difficulty with the AC in some units BUT Lindsay was able to reassign our room. Unfortunately, the AC was barely working working but it was comfortable with sliding door open for flow.
