As a woman solo traveler, it was one of the best customer service experice I had! I normally appreciate modern design, but this hotel was a great surprise for my eyes, with a classical design with carpets and ornaments. Besides, the staff is very receptive and helpful, and assured a very fast check-in with clear instructions. The hotel's wi-fi works excellently. The room and toilet are very clean, and quiet. The breakfast is excellent for those who do not have dietary restrictions. A potential drawback for those requiring more space is the size of the room I was assigned, which was rather compact. However, it was enough for circulation and to accommodate a carry-on suitcase. Additionally, the window faced the back, thus, there was no view to speak of. But if this doesn't bother you, you'll have a very pleasant stay.

The area surrounding the accommodation might not be the most comfortable for a solo woman traveler. It's located near a red-light district, with many men staying outside. However, I felt that it's generally safe to walk around during the daytime. As with any urban environment, it's important to remain vigilant and aware of your surroundings.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the main train station. It's very easy to get onto the public transport. The hotel is tastefully decorated in a classic style. The older gentleman at the reception was extremely friendly, and helped us with all our questions and requirements. There are several cafes and restaurants in the vicinity. The wifi worked very well.

The bathroom was a little cramped, so I knocked my elbow against the walls a couple of times. However, this is only a very mild criticism, and it did not affect our stay in any way. It's just something to keep in mind if you are a tall or large person.

The hotel is in an excellent location, 15 minutes walking from the city center and right next to the central station. It is easily reachable by car and it has private parking right across the street, so we had no problem with where to leave our car. The hotel is chic and the reception staff is friendly and helpful. The room was also also chic, very clean and with toiletries, towels, TV, tee maker and a wardrobe. The room itself is not super big, but the space was more than enough for two people. The beds were comfortable and the sheets very clean as well.

There is no fridge in the room, which would have been nice to have. There is a kettle for tee and coffee but it would have also been nice to have an actual coffee machine so we are able to have coffee in the room. Also, we got a room facing the street and unfortunately the window was not isolating very well because there were people having drinks in the street until very late in the night and it was difficult to sleep with the noise. Also we were unlucky to find construction on the street when we arrived so that also made it very noisy, even with the window closed.

My first time in Luxembourg City. Location: Perfect 9/10, The hotel is located very close to the main train station, 3-4 bus/tram stops away to the major attractions and 20 min away from the airport. There are many good groceries, supermarkets, nice cafes & restaurants around. Bus, tram stations are within very short walking distance. Check-in & out: Easy and smooth 10/10. Personnel: Overall kind and helpful 10/10 Room: Room is enough in size; furniture is of good quality and comfortable. Basic toiletries including slippers are available. Heating works well. Cleaning was very good. Modern WC/shower and overall high hygiene standards. The surrounding area was silent. Excellent sleep quality, bed, pillow, quilt, and mattress 10/10 Plus  Two bottle of water, kettle @ room and some croissants & purified water are free @ lobby Common spaces: 7/10 Wi-Fi: 10/10 Security: 10/10 Overall: my experience was 9/10 and I will consider staying in this hotel again on my future trips.

The facilities are really good. Rooms are a good size and contain everything you need for your stay (I especially loved the shower). Breakfast was great with a really good selection of foods to try. But what made this stay even more special were the staff. They look after you so well, are attentive to your every need and they just make you feel like you are the most special guest in the world. Brilliantly located near the main train station for access to the city and beyond. A really excellent hotel

The location was excellent, very close to train station and tram and bus stops. The hotel itself is very unique looking, I like that it has maintained the original decor, it is beautiful. The rooms were lovely and clean.

The rooms were very hot at night but there is a portable Dyson fan, no air con. There is only one pillow given per person. The shower head was broken, the water sprayed everywhere. The gentleman on reception was professional and business like but was not the really friendly person that other reviews had mentioned, maybe he just didn't like the look of us!

I liked the decor. Lots of old camera equipment in a room at front of hotel. An old British post-box for suggestions, old phones etc., Location very close to the railway station is excellent. Got the free public transport form the airport and the hotel was only yards from the stop. I don't know if the restaurant Madame Jeanette's is part of the hotel or just in the same building but I enjoyed my meal there. Again, nice decor, very friendly staff, nice music and Mexican cuisine. I was a walk in and was there slightly before the kitchen opened. If you want to go later, I would probably book a table as it filled up fast and there was a great buzz in the place.

The area to the left out the front door might be a bit sketchy for some in the evening. Large group of young men hanging around the corner playing music loudly and drinking.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Perrin and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Luxembourg. The hotel is conveniently located near the Luxembourg train station, making it easy to get around the city and beyond. Inside, the hotel has a warm and cozy atmosphere with beautifully designed interiors that make you feel right at home. What impressed me most was the exceptional service. I accidentally left some of my belongings at the hotel after my stay, and the staff not only quickly found them but also sent them back to me. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The owner is also very welcoming and personable, which made my stay even more enjoyable.

We loved the wonderful, friendly & chatty gentleman who was always at reception. We liked the ambience when entering the hotel doors and the lovely music that was always playing. The decor was beautiful and tasteful. The complimentary water with lemon and mint ontap was appreciated especially during the humid sunny days. We were grateful that we could store our lugguage as we arrived sooner and also when we checked out so we could explore the last hours of the city before travelling back home. The lift was a bonus. The vanity sets in the toilet, the complimentary water, tea and cofee and the disposal slippers in the room were nice extras.

No aircon but a fan which we used even during sleeping as it was so humid. Only 2 english brkst teabags for 3 night stay and no milk for the coffee.

The hotel took us back in time to the 30ties. We both felt like stepping into a different, better world. The carpets, the decoration, the original pieces from that time throughout the hotel - it all was great. The twin beds were comfortable, the room was nicely spacious. A nice cherry on the cake - envelopes and paper just ready to send a note to those who stayed at home.

The breakfast is a no-go. Price and on the cheaper side of everything. Only pork meat is available. No sweets. To be changed - to do the hotel justice.
