Very clean property that was perfect for our family’s needs. The room was comfortable and clean, same as the bathroom. The front desk staff was nice and helped when we needed it. For some reason our keys would work for a few hours and then stop working, but it wasn’t a huge issue for us. The pool area is nice but small. There were A LOT of families there and keeping up with towels for the staff (which seemed very small) was tough. The pool area was clean enough but the equipment was all rusted and old, and by the end of the night the water was fairly cloudy. Breakfast the next morning was exactly what we needed, but things moved fairly slow with the amount of people staying (which is understandable for a weekend on spring break). The location to this hotel was great, we were able to walk across the lot to grab dinner from the bar next door, which was affordable and really good. Overall, great stay for our family and its needs.

Very clean pool was kept up breakfast was great good choices very clean the employee was always cleaning and wiping things down always available to ask questions too. We never had to ask to refill things the employee always made sure everything was filled. The employee at check in (I wish I had asked her name) was very friendly and accommodating. She answered any questions I had. She made sure we were comfortable and put me on a quiet floor so I could sleep without interruption.

Everything was a 10 no complaints

Front desk lady was very welcoming at check in which is so nice. Rooms were nice and comfortable. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub! Breakfast was good ! Really good cranberry juice to start the day! Enjoyed our stay! Thanks!

Pool area just needed a few windows open or better ventilation throughout . Was a bit "stuffy". Enjoyed it still!

Close to a wide range of restaurants of varying fare, price and dining experience. Cefalu Seaside Sicilian restaurant is fabulous. Elly’s Pancake House out front serves excellent family friendly fresh cooked breakfast.

The adjacent event center, sports bar and Cefalu at the end of the complex all compete for the same parking. Friday and Saturday nights were a little tough. Sunday was better.

I couldn't enjoy or see breakfast, because we slept in, it was our fault. The beds were so comfortable, clean and with everything you need in the bathroom. My husband enjoyed being able to do his exercise routine in his gym and swimming in the pool, I enjoyed the jacuzzi with hot water and hydromassage. Overall a very nice, clean hotel with very helpful staff.

I would be lying if I said that I didn't like something.

Every hotel has the same type of breakfast, gets boring after a while especially when staying for an extended amount of time.

Clean and the staff were kind. The rooms were clean and the hotel was clean. We had the whirlpool to our selves and the pool was empty all to our selves. Work out center was empty as well I had the gym to myself. It was an awesome experience. Breakfast in the morning was great. Free breakfast that was awesome.

Everything was clean and convenient. Staff was very professional.

I had an ADA room, and I do wish that there was a walk-in shower. The tub was extremely slippery when wet, and I had to lay down a hand towel to stand on. This can cause a deadly situation for a disabled person.

The staff & front desk were very accommodating & friendly. The room was very quiet and clean. Breakfast was very nice with a lot of nice options.

The shower could be updated, it was the only thing that hadn't been.

I loved that my room was clean. I also saw reviews that the pool was down. Even though I didn’t get to go it was said that the pool was open. Good complementary breakfast. Nice staff. They checked me in quickly even with a wedding party arriving at the same time.
