Excellent location for sightseeing in downtown Salzburg. Evening overlooking the courtyard to Mozart's old home. Spacious and modern apartment. We meet the host on the way walking to the room. She was very courteous, showed us around the room, and arranged a taxi to pick us up on our last day.

Hot water for the shower was a little sparse. We arrived at the beginning of a cold spell so the room temperature was more comfortable for our stay. The main room has a portable in room air conditioner. The apartment is in the attic. The air conditioner does well for some mild attic heat, but I would be concerned if you were experiencing real heat. Since it was a little cooler during our stay, the portable AC unit still worked well.

The host Alina met us when we arrived and helped carry our luggage to the 3rd floor attic apartment. It was unique and comfortable. There was a view of the city and fortress out the windows if you made the effort to look. The kitchen was well equipped with a dish washer, cookware and serving dishes. There was a garden to relax in. And the location is amazing to walk to historic Salzburg. We did the dinner/concert at the fortress and it was a beautiful half mile walk. We were given passes for discount parking a short distance away.

To stay this close to the historic area you have to push through the hassle of unloading and parking, but Alina was super helpful. Be very careful in the shower. 3 of 5 of us slipped and nearly fell because the shower floor is lower then it appeared. It might be nice to alert guest with a sign. There were no paper towels or napkins. Coffee was in short supply for those of us who like more than one cup in the morning. But there is a Spar nearby.

My stay at Arte Vida Boutique Guesthouse in Salzburg was wonderful! I stayed in the loft apartment, which had a cozy, welcoming vibe with charming decor that really made it feel like a home away from home. The apartment was super clean, and the bathroom was spacious and beautifully designed. The view from the loft was stunning, making the experience even better. The location is perfect, within easy walking distance of Salzburg’s top sights, yet quiet enough to relax after a day of exploring. It was also nice to have tourist pamphlets provided—they offered great ideas and tips for local attractions.

Centrally located. It had the vibe of the city. The place has a culture and speaks about its host. Was not just another tourist place. Carefully chosen interior decoration, paintings, curios - everything spoke about the touch of the host. Very cozy and family friendly - most welcoming place that I have stayed in this vacation. It gets very warm in this season so they had provided a fan, which was a great relief.

Second floor :-). You have to carry your bags. But that's ok.

Our first impression of the apartment was "are we in the right place?" It is gorgeous. Alina met us on arrival and left us with lots of information about where to eat, shop, visit etc. Very easy check in process. Spacious studio apartment with large bedroom, separate dining / cooking area and good sized bathroom. Location is excellent, very close to the old city and all the main attractions. Opposite some restaurants, but with the windows closed, not much noise. Easy walking around the old city. We ate in three restaurants, all very close by. Keller's Cellar, Fiddlere Affe and Hibiskis (Korean), and all were excellent. Overall, a very enjoyable city break in Salzburg

Nothing we did not like. However, people with mobility issues may struggle with the stairs - no lift - and the shower is in the bath tub. We had no issues however. We would be very happy to stay here again.

Everything was perfect - location, equipment, furnishings, and the person! It situated right on the other side Mozart’s House. From stairs, we can see Mozart’s family’s garden. The property was surrounded by shops, restaurants, sites of interests, and is only a bridge away from the center of the old town. The apt is spacious, beautiful, well-equipped and tastefully furnished. The owner of the apt, Alina, is very kind, generous and organized. She puts everything that might be of interests to guests in a folder with large print - good, local restaurant, transportation, supermarkets etc., of which our family frequently referred to. Really couldn’t think of anything that was not nicely done or prepared and would definitely return if we re-visit Salzburg!!

This is the cleanest AirBnb I have ever stayed in. It was immaculate. I couldn't recommend the place highly enough. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything you could need beautifully laid out in the cupboards and drawers and the washing machine worked wonders with cleaning our clothes. It was clearly communicated that the property did not have lift access and there were quite a few stairs. A good way to keep fit!

Spacious apartment, conveniently located close to the museums. I enjoyed the unusual style of the place as it has some interesting character. Clean and tidy, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Friendly host.

We could hear the sound of the church bells, but it added more charm to the place, and it was quiet overall. Stairs might also be an obstacle for some people as there is no lift, but again, worked perfectly well for us.

Absolutely central, spacious, clean, safe apartment. Comfortable bed and pillows. Tones of hot water in the bathroom. Few minutes walk to all major attractions. Plenty of very good restaurants nearby. Alina is a great host, met us in person: thank you for all, we would love to come back!

If you have disabilities, maybe you should check for another property: there is no lift in this historic building.

Amazing location, very friendly host, perfectly clean

The only small downside were the stairs (which we knew about in advance!) and the lack of air conditioning. The small unit did not do much and we just happened to be there at a very hot time. It was fine after the sun went down but warm in the day. But it was a small issue when everything else was great!
