The welcome from the young gentleman and lady on our arrival. The bedroom was clean, comfortable and cool. The air-con was great. The pool was a wonderful 27° and perfect for a swim to cool in the 30° heat, with seating and nice day bed loungers around the pool. Pool towels are offered too. Parking was good. You can have a free hot drink or water from the machines in the restaurant, which we weren’t aware of, we only found this out the following day, which was a shame because we would have had a coffee. We ate at the restaurant, purely because after a long drive from Spain we didn’t wish to drive again, but there were restaurants and easy walk away from this hotel. The menu is basic - but offers a good choice of up to three courses at a fixed price. It was tasty enough. The hotel is in an area with lots of leisure activities so perfect for families or the adventurous, all within a short stroll. The location was perfect to find also. Breakfast could have been a little better, all fresh but I felt lacking in some choices, although there was the usual, breads, ham, cheese, pastries and cereals. It just lacked something. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

From arrival to departure, everything was perfect. The lovely gentleman on the desk was very polite and welcoming and it was an absolute pleasure to arrive to after a long journey. The hotel was spotless, the rooms were clean and tidy, well-stocked and welcoming, and it was nice and quiet - just what was needed. Beds were very comfortable as well! I would stay here again for sure!

A handy stop over from the ferry to portugal. A good bar serving great food close by

The room is clean, the bed is comfortable. The staff are kind and helpful. The facility has gym and swimming pool and the parking lot is spacious.

The breakfast options are very limited. No complimentary water in the room, and the location is far from supermarket so not easy to get water.

Very convenient location g go orca stop over. Restaurants close by , just a short walk. The nearest restaurant is particularly good

We had a premium room that was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was super. Right next door to parks and lakes that were perfect for dog walking.

Breakfast which was included in the price was very good. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. Lovely swimming pool and great area just ourside the hotel for walking dogs

The details on your website stated that our room had a private entrance and showed an outside door leading on to what looked like a terrace. This was not the case, none of the rooms have private entrances. This was misleading and needs to be corrected on your site.

Great location, staff were very good and room was also good, would stay again when next in the area.

Although the choice was reasonable the set up for breakfast was chaotic

It was the second time we stayed at this hotel, and again it was a pleasant confirmation, very close to Arcachon and the Dune du Pilat, and in a quiet location. Good breakfast and a plus the secure parking.
