Everything. There was nothing about my stay I didn't enjoy. Very quiet and peaceful, and secure. The breakfast each morning was superb. The accommodations, cannot be beat. The Hampton/Hilton definitely lives up to its name. VIP service in every way. The plus also for me. Was that it was Animal free of any kind. Which made it more sanitary to enjoy your stay of resting and eating, knowing you didn't have to deal with dog poop, and hair of cats and dogs, flying all over the place. Definitely a 10 star place to stay. And you feel very secure. Breakfast are phenomenal. Best cooks in town.

The only thing I truly didn't like, is the fact, you pay for parking on the hotel grounds. I feel if you have already paid for staying, why, attach a $20.00 per day fee, and you are booked for three days to a week. There was a time when there was no parking fee. This didn't start until 2020. It seems during this time, there was alot of price gouging going on. Other than that. There isn't anything I didn't like.

I loved everything about this hotel. From siging in to leaving. A very reserved atmosphere. Peaceful, The rooms are very relaxing. The beds are very comfortable and great quality of mattress too. Now I know it's time for a new mattress at my home. I haven't slept that comfortable in a while. I woke refreshed no backache, no stiffness or anything. I just love this hotel. The staff and all. It's my go to from now when, I want to get away. And the breakfast was great too. Always yummy and fresh. A great selection of breakfast food everyday.

The only thing I didn't like. One of the elevators was out of service. So you had to wait for the one being in use most of the time.

Peace and quiet. No Animals allowed, very sanitary. From check in to check out wonderful staff. From room service to food servers. Just wonderful. Breakfast, was lovely. It's a place you can getaway just because and feel safe and secure. It makes you not want to leave. It's definitely my go to place to stay anytime I need to arrange for hotel stay. And I always get my favorite room and floor I prefer. The staff makes you feel like a V.I.P. super star. And you are very close to everything by transportation.

I cannot say there was anything I didn't like.

Location,location, very convenient. Great breakfast, close to eatries, and great security. Very quiet, guess where very respectful of your Peace of Mind. Very Clean rooms, and Hotel manager/Night desk representative were excellent in attending to your immediate needs.

The only thing I didn't like, is the price hike to park on their grounds. It's now $19.44, when, I could remember staying there paying only $10.00 a night. This should be included in your hotel stay.

Room was very nice, clean, towels were plentiful. Breakfast was good, breakfast room clean. Staff was courteous and helpful. This hotel is in an industrial area so finding a restaurant was a little inconvenient, but it all worked out.

I was surprised to have to pay for parking in their lot.

Loved the room and how comfortable the beds were. Breakfast was very good. Friendly staff. Enjoyed location.

Fd staff failed to mentioned that HK has to be requested. I work front desk too so I didn’t make a big deal about it. This should be mentioned to guest at check-in so that they don’t expect it.

Outstanding staff like Dan in the front and the food lady they were just outstanding

The lady was so wonderful doing the breakfast but give her better stuff please turkey bacon geeez really come on biscuits & gravy with bacon for us please outstanding job on condiments and that lady is a sweetheart just delightful

Every other day housekeeping There was a broken window on a vehicle for at least a day with broken glass on the ground. It sat like that for too long. Such oversights can be magnets for crime.

The hotel was quite, secure, safe, and available to all attractions. Stores, galore, Costco, close by. Starbucks, down the street. Safe parking on the hotel grounds for a charge $$ per day. Worth it.

The only draw back is the increase in per night parking charge for your auto on the hotel grounds. It went from $ to $$

Clean room. All GSAs were kind. I used to work for Hampton as a GSA so I understand the reputation as far as how a GSA should be. Breakfast was good. I especially liked that they had waffles. The morning kitchen staff were really clean and efficient too.

Nothing. It was a great experience. Staff was friendly. Great location. Clean hotel.
