The hotel is good with nice quality beds and lovely bathrooms.

I put + parking in Booking.com and thought it was free, they then charged me 18 leva. They also tried to charge me for coffee!! They have Nespresso type capsules in the room and apparently they’re not free! I have never ever stayed in a hotel where coffee is not free! Quite shocking. Also- the breakfast was nice but it wasn’t kept in heated trays- just a warm lamp above. I wasn’t very comfortable with this and think it is a food safely issue.

A bit overpriced. parking should be free The facilities are basic. No separate shower and shampoo or any body lotion at all. No bathrobe or slipper for a 4 star hotel. Very basic breakfast for a Bulgarian hotel

We booked last minute to break an eight hour journey and were not disappointed. The hotel is just along from the Cathedral and only a short walk from the train station. We were allocated a lovely suite with breakfast included. Worth every penny!

The entrance to the hotel lacks cleanliness. No free water in the room. Breakfast doesn't have many vegetarian options.

I stayed at this hotel during my birthday and I couldn’t be happier with my choice! The atmosphere was truly warm and welcoming. The reception staff greeted me with great kindness and attention, which made me feel very special. I would like to give special thanks to Gabriela and Polina for their care, professionalism, and friendly attitude. Because of them, my birthday stay became even more memorable. Big rooms, clean, large shower cabin, minibar, properly working air conditioning.

Broken bathroom bin pedal, no bin bag, little to no bathroom supplies, no hotel slippers, powerless hair dryer. I guess these are small things that I would have expected a 4 star expensive hotel to offer in the rooms.

There are only 2 elevators, one of with is really tiny, and they are too slow so it takes a long time to get up/down the building, which was evidently not built for a hotel. The property is way overpriced.

Location was amazing. The room was amazing. I was on the 8th floor with a view to the cathedral and slight view of the sea. The staff was very friendly, answered all my questions. I had to work for several hours from the lobby after checking-out, which wasn't a problem at all.

It's a very nice hotel very clean there's nothing I can actually say bad about it I recommend this hotel to everyone

There's nothing actually I can say bad about it but it may have been a little bit more within the city centre, even though it is still in the centre, the hotel is in the location where it welcomes you when or before you just enter the city centre.

We really appreciated the early Checkin and the flexibility of the receptionist. The hotel is clean, comfortable, even better than expected. All was perfect ❤️😊

The location is not in the center, we should walk around 15mn. But that was ok for us
