The location was great, very close to Banff and just over an hour from the airport. We loved having a full kitchen and the water pressure in the shower was great. It was my husband’s birthday and they sent Prosecco and chocolate upon our arrival with a nice note wishing him a happy birthday!

I’d prefer if there weren’t small children in the hot tub, at least after a certain hour.

We absolutely loved our stay! The family suite was gorgeous and the beds were super comfortable. We loved the location as we found that Canmore was more enjoyable than Banff. The washer dryer was a big bonus and my kids loved the pool and jacuzzi.

Everything was great- maybe more washing machine tablets, more coffee and tea options. Drip coffee is terrible.

The rooms was very spacious as it was a full “apartment “, loved this. Loved having full use of a kitchen as I am a picky eater and a great cook, so we prefer out own cooking. I didn’t use the pool because we were out hiking most of our time there but it looked nice and inviting. And the view, being surrounded by the mountains was lovely.

We really loved Stoneridge, but bed a little too firm for my taste.

It was extremely comfortable for us to stay here for 2 days as if it was my room—one of the best hotels we have ever had. The room was clean and there were a lot of utensils to cook so we could make breakfast ourselves. We could enjoy both a cold water pool and a warm water pool. We would stay again here.

There was an EV Charger. Sadly, it didn't work so I called to front desk to ask how to use that. Nevertheless, they told me it didn't work so they needed to ask a manager of the building. Fortunately, there was a Tesla supercharger nearby so we didn't mind whether it worked or not. If you want to use that charger, I highly suggest you look for an EV charger station nearby, don't count on that. Also, I want them to fix the website that says "We have an EV charger".

This review is part of a big road trip we planned around British Columbia and Alberta – flying in from Australia and renting a car, for the trip of our lifetime so far. We put a huge amount of time, energy and expense in planning the whole trip. As Aussies, we just want to say Canada is amazing. Just beautiful. It was worth every bit of planning and expense we put it into for so very long. Be proud Canada – what a beautiful place you live in! So, in that context, here is this review: Stoneridge Mountain Resort was a highlight of our whole trip. We stayed there for four nights and used it as our base for visiting Banff and the surrounding area. By the time we left we were truly sad to leave. The room was large, clean, very well equipped, and so very comfortable. We enjoyed using the gym, pool and spa in between activities and day trips. Words fail just how good this stay was.

What breakfast? I did not know there was a breakfast offered. I really enjoyed the spacious room and the large balconies.

My truck is too tall in stock form to get into the underground parking. It was -20 to -26 and my truck did not want to start on my first night stay, I had to go get a lo ger extension cord and run it over to a plug on the NAPA building.

The floor plan was great with good closet space. The kitchen was well-appointed with everything we needed. The bathroom was spacious with good storage. The space felt very clean. We also enjoyed the fireplace and balcony and the view.

Fitness room was warm and damp feeling and did not have water or towels. Cook top turned on when bumped (too easily) when reaching for items in overhead cabinets to the left and right of it.

We very much enjoyed our stay. For a family of 11 the three suites of two bedrooms each were very comfortable. The views on two suites were amazing. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchens in all three were well furnished. The staffs were very helpful as well. The pool and sauna too were very relaxing. We had a wonderful two nights stay. Thank you very much.

A restaurant inside would have been somewhat helpful

The smoking issue that the cleaning manager reported. We know the rules of hotel and the smoke issue she reported might be the the bread that my friend accidentally toasted in a wrong minutes, we also boiled egg. But the cigarette issue no one smoke. The fireplace was open by the time we enter at our room at late night because the whole day were out of the hotel. My husband was looking for a remote to off the fire place but he found out it was connected to the switch so he off the fire place. Then I received an email to call back the hotel about smoking reported by the cleaning manager & I called backed and reported to the Manager about the issue that he said he will make a report. So that they will not charges us. 1st time it happen to us about smoking issues that we never did.

The staff were very friendly and the room was very nice and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and it was very quiet, we couldn't hear the neighbouring rooms at all.

The parking garage is a bit difficult to navigate and the bathroom lights were bizarre and it took us a while to understand how to make them work as there were switches at both entrances but they both had to be "on".
