Hotel staff was amazing! We really enjoyed the facilities, including the bar, pool area, and outdoor sitting space. The lobby was beautiful and comfortable as well. Breakfast was pretty good and the lady that worked the breakfast bar was the best ever. I had children with me and there was a lot going on, and she stepped in and helped the children with their breakfast. The layout of the room was great and very spacious. The best part was the kitchen area and the comfortable beds.

One major issue for me was the cleanliness of the bathroom and certain areas of the room. The shower have several molded spots and there was mold on the bathroom floor. Also, there were markings all over the furniture, doors, and window. There were no other rooms available so we had to stay in that one. It didn't ruin the trip for my kids (that's who this was for), but I was definitely bothered.

The room was clean and quiet, and the facilities still felt new. The location was ideal for us to get to our softball tournament quickly. I want to replicate that bathroom in my house.

The mattress was a lot firmer that I am used to. I had a hard time getting comfortable and I woke up sore as a result. We did not get to access the breakfast area as it was opening after we checked out. I chose the location mainly because of the complimentary breakfast but was not aware of the weekend hours being different from weekday hours.

The sitting area outside with the fire pit was a great addition for family get togethers. The room was very nice and had everything you could think of for a stay. Kitchen stocked with pots, plates, utensils and pods to wash dishes in the dishwasher. Nice setup. Felt like a home away from home. Basic toiletries are available. Didn’t try the breakfast. Parking is free. Basketball court. Bar area closed at night. Great if you have work in the area. Easy access. Off the major roads.

The bed was too springy as well as the pillows were uncomfortable. The shower with no door is weird. Upon arrival I called to verify my reservation. No one called back and when I did call they said they couldn’t find my reservation so when I arrived it was there. The lady with the long brown hair and glasses didn’t check how I asked her so it almost caused extra panic. Shower gel dispenser in room 110 is hard to dispense and the room door lock and handle need to be replaced. Also didn’t like how housekeeping is not patient with letting folks get out. It was 15 mins past 11:00am.

The hotel is nice. Great breakfast options. Staff is super friendly. The pool was nice, too. The kitchen was stocked with all of your kitchen supplies needed.

I requested no housekeeping due to short stay. However, after returning back to my room after an all-day outing, I noticed that housekeeping came into my room. I don't like people in my room with my personal property while I'm not present.

First the staff was nice. Especially the gentleman who worked over night on July 16-17. He was very concerned about me needing ginger ale, lol. I told him my stomach was a little upset and he suggested that I charge it to my room, instead of waiting for him to ring it up.

The only thing I didn't like was the bathroom tiles in the shower.

Gloria, managed the breakfast during our stay and was excellent.. space was clean, well stocked, food was hot and fresh. She was friendly and attentive to her guests.

My room selection I reserved wasn’t available when I arrived. I was given a smaller room but not at a lower rate. I paid the same amount for a smaller room and given a “complimentary” room to accommodate my family. We were short a bed and my boys had to sleep on a couch. With no change in rate, was the complimentary room really complimentary?

The breakfast was good, the staff were very helpful and pleasant. We found the beds to be comfortable. And everything was clean.

The heater for the indoor pool was not working so the water was freezing. That was one of the reasons we went there, so my grandsons could swim. That was disappointing.

The staff was absolutely amazing. Nia, Michelle, Davion, are the names that stand put, but EVERYONE was amazing!! The breakfast was awesome, and the kitchen staff was amazing. They treated my kids like fanily. The amenities were awesome. We used the po, the basketball court, and the fire pit. We even visited the park behind the hotel. AMAZING!!!

Was very pricey.

Cierra and Sarah were very professional, friendly and helpful. My sons had a great time swimming and playing basketball. I love the fact that I didn't have to leave each morning to get breakfast because of the wonderfully delicious breakfast provided.

The only thing I can say is I needed two beds, but the hotel was sold out. Even with that, I can't say anything bad or negative about the property and staff.

I loved the layout of the room and its location.

Only thing that I didn’t like but really didn’t bother me was the pool being inside because it was extremely cold. I had to step outside to warm up then back inside. But not a big issue.
