Friendly staff, plenty of outlets in bathroom and room itself and clean!

Sheets that fit the bed better and making sure the door opens without having to slam your shoulder into it. Upon check out I did mention this and the young lady said it was on their maintenance list to do. I would also highly recommend for room 131 which I forgot to mention, someone needs to do a good check of the ceiling in the bedroom area.

LOCATION! Such a quaint little beach community. Literally steps from the most gorgeous beach (~2 minutes walk). Super safe area that made me feel comfortable walking to the beach in the dark by myself to watch the sunrise over the beach (highly recommend doing this!) Loved having Surfside Kitchen & Publix to walk to right across the street. 10 minutes from historic downtown. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. Friendly staff all around. We absolutely loved this hotel and will be staying here again in the future!

Breakfast is seriously lacking. The only good thing was the waffles. The eggs, potatoes, and bacon were pretty bad and the milk for cereal was always warm, so we had to ask for new milk every morning. I wish the breakfast aligned with how great this hotel is.

First Brooke at the front desk was super helpful and wonderful. The location is excellent. Literally a 2 minute walk to the beach, Publix, and at least 2 restaurants so did not have to leave the area if we did not want too. Free Breakfast was served every morning which was good with an assortment. There was an assortment of breads/muffins, an egg option, a breakfast meat option, cereal, oatmeal, waffles. Juices and Coffee/tea also available. Room was clean and housekeeping was very friendly. It is a pet friendly hotel. I had to bring my cat due to eye issues and medication. They give you a tag for your door so that housekeeping is aware of your pet. Pool is small but clean and was nice to relax in when not at the beach.

They ran out of bacon the first day I was there for breakfast.

We stayed at this property last year due to it's proximity to the beach, restaurants and shops and due to it being pet-friendly. Last year we stayed in a room above ground level with a balcony and it was lovely. This year, somehow we were given a ground level room that, at first we were apprehensive about regarding safety and noise level (right down the tiled hall from the lobby). But not only did we realize that the room (#107) had a terracotta patio with two chairs and a small table that opened to beautiful grounds, but that the grounds were completely gated off so very safe. Noise was also never a problem. The daily breakfast rotated hot protein items and had plenty to choose from for differing tastes and favorites. We also discovered the outside tables on the beautiful grounds just off the lobby where we could eat breakfast, in addition to the interior breakfast area. We will be returning.

The housekeeper didn't seem to like us trading out used towels for fresh ones and other supplies since we didn't really need daily service. She was what I would call "surly." She didn't speak English so perhaps that was why she didn't engage with us much, but a smile would have gone a long way, yet we only got scowls. We tip on the number of nights no matter how many or how few times the room is serviced, so im not sure if she was concerned about that or not. This in NO WAY took away from our excellent experience with everyone else. Just a pointer.

We initially had an issue with the room, but the staff were extremely accommodating with us and kept us happy. Awesome customer service.Walking 2 minutes to the beach, rental chairs only $10, free parking. Amazing breakfast, changes every day (omelets, bacon, sausage, waffles - regular, blueberry, vanilla), OJ, AJ, CJ, bagels, English muffins, white bread, oatmeal, cereal and more!!! Free shuttle to the old town tromley, pool. I mean, you have everything here. Supermarket, Chinese place, and liquor store right in the corner.

Absolutely nothing

Excellent location, close by beach and walking distance to Publix. Large room with small kitchenette very convenient! There are a few restaurants nearby too.

The tube light bulb above the kitchen counter was not there when I checked in. It was never replaced despite several requests. The room air conditioner blew musty stale air into the room that made me sneeze. I had to open the window to get fresh air. The breakfast was fairly basic. The hotel side entrance had a dirty floor and rug that remained dirty and stained all week. The door key insert was loose on the wall next to the entry door.

Comfort and simplicity. The location was ideal, just in front of the beach. The staff was also nice and friendly.

The location was great! You could park your car and walk to the beach, the pier and various restaurants. Plus, there is even a Publix right across the street for essentials. The free breakfast was also a plus, many options! They had a very nice pool, small gym and even bikes you could borrow.

The elevator is a bit noisy, needs service.

Liked that rooms where clean , beach is just a walk away . Hated that I didn't get what I booked . I reserved a king room with balcony a month in advance and when I got there I got a standard king room no balcony no beach view! They have breakfast but not enough seating area and staff don't keep it stocked . If your not there to eat at 6am then good luck getting anything to eat or a place to sit.

Overall needs just a little improvement on breakfast and paying attention to what people reserve online and be sure to give the right room as reserved

location, esthetic, staff- everything was wonderful. the room was super clean , larger than expected and it was right on the beach!

only MINIMAL complaint would be the breakfast. Everything was fresh, clean and convenient. However it was very limited compared to other hotels complimentary breakfast . Our son is a picky eater so limited options was not ideal. We did enjoy the breakfast ourselves but again it was limited and our son ate cereal
