Reasonable business hotel! The rooms are clean and bathroom is big enough. I needed a cheap accomodation for one night in Karuizawa, and it was very good. Breakfast is ok too. Staff was very kind and welcoming. Check-in was fast and efficient! I walked from Karuizawa station, 20-25min depending on your walking pace.
The matress was a bit hard... but no big deal for the reasonable price.

Distance from the ski resort if you are going on public transport you will need a 25 minute walk going to the outlet stores and central transportation. Feasible though but not applicable for elders and with children in the tour.

The location is a 15-min walk from the Karuizawa station. The breakfast was good for the money I paid. Very healthy choices and tasty.
The aircon timed out and I woke up very hot. It wasnโt a problem, I just opened the window.

Itโs a very welcoming hotel. Very friendly staff. Clean room and well maintained. Had a good stayed. Lots of parking lots.
Itโs a bit of inconvenience for those who donโt drive.

Clean and bright rooms. Breakfast was good value for money. The hotel is located next to a fairly busy street, but the room was quiet and peaceful - no problem. Plenty of parking and an easy walk to the convenience store. The on-site vending machines sell a variety of drinks as well as cup noodles.
I would bring my own pillow next time. The pillows are similar to other Japanese hotels, so probably good for Japanese guests, but not ideal for westerners or individuals that are picky about pillows. The mattress was comfortable though and bedding clean and fresh.

Personnel was very helpful. Breakfast was lovely. Rooms were very nice.
A bit out from prince snow ski station and train station but we took taxi. There is also a bus but not too often.

The bed was the worst part of our stay. It would be great if there was an adapter or plug in the room that provides USB ports for charging your devices.
