Nice hotel with beautiful views of the Grindewald valley. The staff were friendly, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was good. We also ate dinner in the restaurant (be sure to book ahead as it isn't very big). The menu isn't large, but everything we ate was delicious and well presented. Unfortunately, we arrived too late for the complimentary tea and cakes in the afternoon, but we thought it was a nice concept.

Seemed the family rooms are the only ones without a balcony or terrace. Also, I'm not sure why they charge 5chf for parking, seemed a bit silly considering they have a huge parking lot and are located up the hill away from town.

Aspen Alpine Lifestyle Hotel in Grindelwald offers cozy rooms with breathtaking views. The air conditioning is a rare and welcome feature. A smart TV with Netflix/YouTube would enhance the stay. Bigger rooms than most in Grindlewald Big thanks to the friendly staff for their warm hospitality and the delicious breakfast each morning. Especially Salbo for his energetic personality and hospitality

They could use a bidet or a portable bidet as it is more common now

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was huge and felt homey. The whirlpool was amazing. The location and views were fantastic. Privacy is hard to get in Grindelwald and we got it here.

Dinner was a bit ambitious for itself but still good.

I like the view from my room and the restaurant food was delicious for lunch/dinner only

The attitude of the receptionist was terrible, I would never go back to the hotel and will never recommend it to family/friends , climate was too hot, breakfast taste super terrible and , they charge only for room service 20chf!!! Beside the food amount, the boss suzy I think her name , is sooo rude, shouting and screaming at me! She better go train herself how to deal with customers.

Beautiful hotel with awesome views of the Eiger and Grindelwald village Spa was lovely and outside whirlpool very enjoyable Free bus ticket provided by the hotel was nice gesture Food was excellent and our waiter, Helder became a friend

The Spa is a fully nude area and maybe the age for entry should be increased from 16 to 18 years or the whirlpool, where clothes are allowed, should have a seperate entrance.

This is my third time staying at this hotel because it offers a lot of relaxation and peace, which is exactly what I need. The views are beautiful, and the food is really tasty. The chef always does an amazing job and prepares our meals with love. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. It’s the best place to relax and enjoy a vacation

I wish I could enjoy breakfast in an open space with fresh air

Very nice place,quiet and with beautiful view. Step out the hotel you can walk in the small trails in the mountain, empty yourself and just enjoy the frssh air and birds singing. Town of grindelwald is on the other side of slope. When the sunray spray on that side of slope, with the background of mountains, it like in a dream. without car,difficult to reach. Don't try to walk to the hotel from Grindelwald Bahnhof,you need walk down at least two three hundred meters and then walk up two three hundred meters.take a bus or call a taxi.

not an issue of the hotel but tjere are so many flies I had even seen in Grindelwald, appears only in restaurants when you are eating. No elevator.

The staff was very nice, the room was big and clean, the views were beautiful.

They forgot to give us the wifi password and we were too exhausted to go and ask so we ended up using our own internet package. The room came with a kitchen that we weren't allowed to use (they didn't give us the option to pay more, just said that the oven and other facilities are not for us to use) The price was veeery high for one night with no internet

It was an amazing experience and it not the first time for me in the hotel and every time it surprised me with the facilities well prepared. The staff in reception was perfect And i will not forget the resturant staff specifically (Bedru) he is very welcoming , so thank you all. And till see you next time.
