I travelled with my husband who was having surgery at the nearby hospital, it became a long stay. The staff were mostly friendly and very helpful. Whatever I asked for was done quickly and with goodwill. The room was basic but clean and comfortable, with a large bathroom. Value for money was excellent.

The decor throughout could do with refreshing. The air-conditioning malfunctioned a few times, though quickly repaired. Everything else was great and the hotel was a haven for me during a difficult time.

It was only a 2* and basic, but everything was clean and great size. Heater was powerful, bed comfortable and bathroom immaculately clean. Well worth the money for the price and 2*

It was easy and people are nice. I saw many bad reviews but it was not bad at all!

Only just need soap holder in the shower, the rest is all good !

Location was too far from the town if you had walking problems.but ideal for the hospital, buses were intermittent but it was Easter Bank holidays

This hotel has a reputation for being a very good place to stay if you have to visit the hospital nearby - which was the case this time for us. Really comfortable and the staff friendly.
