The kindness of the employees was truly impressive. The breakfast was amazing, and I even received lots of gluten free options. The bedroom was simple but had everything we needed. I slept amazingly as the bed is really comfy and the hotel is very silent. There are lots of parking lots so if you come by car is great location (not far from highway to quickly hit the road) and guaranteed parking spot right in front of the hotel.

Would have been great to have two of the little objects were you can put your luggage and open it in the room, as we were two people travelling.

It was a great experience, we made a mistake and stated our childs age wrong. He is 5 and while booking, it was state as 0. They put a crib in a double room but in case there might be a mistake with the age, they held another room for us. And when we arrived, they Said Just check the room and if the crib is not ok with you, we Will move you to another room. And the room we moved was two double rooms connected, with a better pool view and not extra charges applied. That was great. Staff was really welcoming. The breakfast was extraordinary, one of a kind. The hotel was nicely decorated and charming.

Large parking lot, nice and welcoming lobby, very delicious breakfast with a large selection of foods and teas. Comfortable breakfast area and pleasant outdoor garden with pool. The staff payed attention to detail and was very kind and honest. Room not huge but enough for three people with well organized spaces. Unique bathroom “pre made” module design it look like you are in a boat.

A bit far away from the downtown seeing as we had to take the car to get there. If you don’t have a car you could have taken in consideration the bus suggestion that they proposed but it might be a bit more uncomfortable.

The hotel is located near the highway and in our case was the ideal hotel for a rest on the way to Spain and at the same time for a short visit to the beautiful city. Another big plus is the swimming pool, where we can refresh and rest after a tiring journey. The beds are perfect and you would expect them in hotels of a much higher category. I have stayed in many hotels of a higher category than the Ibis Aix en Provence, but I have never had such a good breakfast. We recommend! 10/10

Very good value for money; nice breakfast in beautiful scenery. Fantastic garden that’s absolutely perfect for evening relaxing after trips across Provence. Great location for 4 days in Provence - just in the right spot so you are close to all the best places in Provence - AxP, lavender fields, Valensole, Brunet, Lourmarin, Lacoste or stunning Gordes and then only couple of hours from Monte Carlo or St Tropez. Most definitely recommended.

The hotel has a wonderful garden area, it was so relaxing. The breakfast was great and the price is so good for all of them

Just one thing, there was a tesla charge station in the parking area and it was in front of our room’s window so all the time we were in front of window we just eye contact with someone that waiting for their car charged.

We really liked the size of the disability room we were upgraded to and the cute lounge area.

The hotel’s cafe was overpriced, had very little vegetarian options, and was one of the worst meals we had in France. The dessert was delicious.

It’s a great modern hotel, big secure car park just off A8, lovely rooms, great restaurant, lovely swimming pool & gardens, I always stay here on road trips, will be back again..

Location close to the auto route, making it ideal for travellers for a night or two. Secure parking on site. Restaurant on site. Lovely garden and pool area with pleasant outdoor terrace for dining. This is a very strong feature of this hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Quiet rooms. Very good breakfast.

Unwelcome loud and inappropriate music on the dining terrace. Having to borrow a hair-dryer from reception. A bit mean about extra pillows, no hand towels or face washers. No tissues. For the price, tea and coffee would be nice, like Campanile.

Easy and accessable by car with enough parking spots. Perfect stay during my business trip, the restaurant was good, i can recommend to take some Gyiosa's as starter. Stuff was nice and everything ready as expected.

The scrambled eggs could be a bit warmer, but that's really not a big dower as there is plenty of other food on breakfast buffet.
