Very good location. Landlord was helpful about that where we could put our push bikes. It was a garage 5 euros a day by bike. Very safe. Though I did not calculate it in the price. Secondly, there were nice residents but one.

We pushed our bikes in the entrance to get our baggage off and on. Everybody was supportive but a lady started shouting and kicking our baggage. She must have had a terrible day so we felt sorry for her but that is why I have a bit of a bad memory. Secondly, to get in the property was a bit difficult first.

The position was good, everything was clean and new. Coffee, tea and minimal breakfast were provided, and there was also a kitchen available. In general a good price for Trieste.

The house was a bit noisy, because of guests. The bathroom was small and for a while the shower didn't work. Mattress and pillows in memory foam were kind of hard, someone could like them though.

Exceptionally clean the cleaning stuff should be congratulated. I love the architectural features of the building. The location was excellent. Kitchen had everything you need.. lots of little extras.

The single bed creaked!

It is Nice, clean room with bathroom. Bathroom is newly renovated, room has New equipment, located in old town. Walking distance from parking, bars and happening.. It is very good price performance..

I would prefer INSTRUCTION to enter the room in english... They only Come in Italian language..

It was clean and very warm—perfect! The location was ideal. We arrived at 9 p.m. and found the parking spot quickly

The sofa in the living room is not comfortable for two people to sleep on, It might be okay for one person. The residence itself is perfect for two people.

Perfect place to visit Trieste for a few days. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very nice. There is also a kitchen available for all rooms. Perfect location, just a few minutes walking to the main attractions of the city.

Nothing, everything was as expected

Nicely located in a residential area but close to the city centre and the sights, secure entry system was a bit confusing but we got there in the end.

The sofa bed is not of the best quality and the bar running across the middle could be felt in my back all the time, the recommended car parking is pretty expensive at 18 Euro per night we used it one night and then parked on the street without charge or problem.

Great location, good instructions, clean and equipped kitchen.

Everything was great except the not so comfortable bed and the fact that our room smelled of cigarettes (probably previous guests smoked, although there was a sticker that smoking inside is not allowed).

We are here for vacation. The city of Trieste is very small. You can walk to all places here. There are cheap supermarkets nearby and many delicious restaurants. The hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly. It can be said that this is a very satisfying experience.

Location was great (parking complex but free) in the heart of the city. Room and bathroom were spacious and all equipment for cooking was in the common shared kitchen in the hallway. Furniture was brand new and the bed very comfy

The technology to open up the front door and the mechanics to do the self check-in were complex although everything worked. Maybe smart lockers would have been better than the key box
