Everything was perfect! Our Junior Deluxe Suite was spotlessly clean, well appointed, services daily and views of the sea. I got sick a couple of days in (tummy upset - eating away from the hotel, was just bad luck) the staff of the Sala Danang fussed over me, sending special tea with ginger to our room, making me toasted cheese sandwiches which was all I could stomach for a day. The oldest son flew in from Shanghai to meet up for his birthday and the staff heard and set up a special dinner table on the rooftop for a celebration dinner. We were greeted at their magnificent buffet breakfast each morning by name - this is a big hotel for hundreds of guests and they make everyone feel so welcome. The selection covered every possible taste and cultural desires, with eggs and pho cooked to order as well. We booked an extra night before having to head south basically because we just didn't want to leave. There were hugs when we left with vows to return. Breakfast was good, it had a wide variety and was above average. The location was very good, walking distance to the beach and many massage places within 1min of the hotel, there's also a convenience store beside. The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly.

For the price paid, there wasn't anything in particular that I would complain about.

Stayed in a 2 bedroom panoramic apt which had plenty of room for our family of 4. Great views of the beach & coastline. Rooms were clean with comfortable huge beds. The rooftop pool was stunning with amazing views & we never had a problem getting a lounge. The beach across the road was clean & lots of restaurants nearby. Buffet breakfast was delicious with lots of options.

Not a fault of the hotel but it was a little noisy over a couple of nights due to a big concert being held on the beachfront. The beachfront has a lot of activity starting from about 5am & some of that noise could be heard in the room (level 6). But overall nothing major to complain about & part of staying in the city/beach area that never seems to sleep!

The room was the nicest view! We were there during the International Fireworks competition, (DIFF) and I could lay in the bed and just watch it all! We had an ocean view, an excellent view of Lady Buddha, and a fantastic city view. The AC got the room so cold, and it worked really fast. All the staff was kind and very friendly. The bed was huge. Breakfast had a wide variety of food. The pool was very nice and the free tea room from 2 to 4 had the best food! We really enjoyed our stay!

If you did not get to the breakfast buffet early, they could not replenish the food fast enough to keep up with the people.

A Wonderful Stay in Danang! We had an amazing time at this fabulous hotel in Danang. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach. The hotel itself exceeded our expectations. The pool was much larger than we anticipated with a pool bar. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The food was consistently very good, with a variety of options to choose from. One of the real treats was the complimentary afternoon tea, which was a lovely touch and added to the overall luxury experience. Airport shuttle bus is included. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Danang. It offers excellent value, superb service, and a fantastic location. We’ll definitely be back!

The hotel is located near the beach but no direct access to the beach. View from room was splendid, room itself clean, spacious and comfortable. Not far from the hotel are many options for dining and massage. Staff was very friendly. They offer some freebies like how to cook egg coffee. Breakfast had gread choice but the breakfast room was a bit crowded and noisy. There was a more quiet option to have breakfast for the rrom we booked but there the choice was not that good. Rooftop pool is very nice, even its a bit small.

Need to wait often quiet long fro the lift. Hotel does not offer money exchange.

The hotel location was very good, central, a short walk from My Keh Beach. The views amazing. The hotel staff was very courteous and always available and helpful. The breakfast was good and varied, with many options including of local cuisine.

I stayed at the Osaka Room (the only available room at the time of booking) which is a suite with a enormous but useless living room and, by comparison, a small bedroom without much space to store our belongings. There were 2 WC but, strangely enough, no individual shower cabinet. What puzzled me wast the huge size of the adjoining room (around 3 times the size of the bedroom) but for no purpose. It had a kitchenette but was full of empty cupboards. No plates, glasses or cutlery. My point is that for the pricey rate, considering it was a suite, the bedroom and WC should be bigger and better equipped

My recent long stay at the Sala Danang Beach Hotel was nothing short of fantastic. From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in warm Vietnamese hospitality, making our stay truly memorable. Our 18th-floor partial sea view room offered breathtaking panoramic views, both during the day and at night. The views were simply stunning and added a touch of magic to our experience. The hotel's attention to detail truly impressed us. The welcome fruit, wine, cake, and personalised handwritten note were a delightful surprise. The thoughtful gesture of a red envelope for Tet (Lunar New Year) and another thank you note on our departure, along with a small gift, were such sweet touches. Our room was a haven of comfort. The bed was firm and supportive, guaranteeing a good night's sleep, and the pillows were good. A wide selection of TV channels kept us entertained. While the option to connect an HDMI cable was appreciated, the Wi-Fi signal, unfortunately, wasn't strong enough for smooth streaming of services like YouTube and Netflix. Breakfast was a good standard, with a wide variety of options to choose from. My advice would be to arrive early, as it does get busy. The swimming pool area is another gem, offering stunning views and a relaxing atmosphere. While the restaurant on the 25th floor boasts a gorgeous setting and incredible views, our dining experience there was a little disappointing. Although the staff were absolutely lovely, our lamb chops were served cold and tough, possibly due to the food being prepared on a different floor. Despite this, the restaurant is definitely worth a visit for drinks and to soak in the ambiance. The spa at the Sala Danang is a must-visit. My first experience, a deep sports massage and coffee scrub, was wonderful. The staff are highly skilled and the spa itself is a tranquil and inviting space. My second treatment, a hot stone massage, was simply the best I've ever had – truly exceptional!

Different guest activities: cooking class, coffee show, cocktail show, city tour The staff service was good, even the security at the front door was great Location to the beach. The pool and bar area were so much better than I expected. Hua, took me on a little city tour, which was great.

Really old fashioned with payments, and you still have to sign, which i haven't done for about 20 years. Some staff spoke very good English, although there were some confusions on a number of things due to the language barrier. Improvement suggestion: The hotel has some really great complimentary activities although these are not well advertised, e.g I only found out there are bikes guests can use but it was too late for me as I was leaving.

Sala Da Nang was very enjoyable to stay, the included buffet breakfast is awesome for a bite before a long day out - lots of choices that sort of rotates every day. We booked the partial sea view room and it is definitely a partial view! The room was spacious and clean, bigger than what we were used to in Hanoi which was appreciated. The hotel is not quite beach front but close enough, surrounding the hotel are lots of massage parlours to relax and down the main strip by the beach there are lots of restaurants to choose from. The hotel rooftop bar and pool were lovely, although after 3-4pm the sun sets behind the hotel and it can get quite chilly in the shade during our stay (the swimming pool did not seem to be heated) Overall loved our stay at Sala Da Nang and would highly recommend.

Staff member checking us in were on the low side with energy, of all places we stayed during our travels she seemed the most disconnected however the rest of the staff were lovely to see throughout the hotel.
