Great location — just steps from the beach and surrounded by tons of shops and restaurants! The pool was warm and clean, and the breakfast was delicious with lots of healthy options. Our room was stylish, comfortable, and spotless. A special thank you to the cleaning lady, Teresa — she’s incredibly kind and does an amazing job. Staff like her truly deserve to be appreciated! *** If you gonna stay for more than 5 or 6 days you can get discount for parking ( $25 instead of $38)

The pool, the suit, the cleaning, and the location were perfect. There were so many restaurants close by, and even a bar right next to the place with live music.

In general, everything was great! The only problem is that the parking fee was too expensive. We wanted to stay close to the beach to walk and leave the car park, so we paid more to stay close to the beach, but we didn’t think about the additional parking fee. For my next visit, I’ll stay further and pay the daily parking fee, which is cheaper, by the way. The breakfast food could have been made with more love.

The hotel was close to the beach just a walk across the street. The breakfast was good a nice spread every morning.

I thought the cost of Valet parking could be less. The front desk area appeared to be short staffed. I waited over 30 minutes to check into my room. The clerk that was assisting me, went home as her shift was over. The next day I waited 15 minutes before that same clerk assisted me.

Location was great and the food was good

I didn’t like that I had to pay for parking at a hotel that is highly recommended that should have a place for customers to park without having to pay and additional fees like that. The hotel wants people to come to stay then when you get there you find that you have a room with no place to park your car, I paid what I thought was a high price already then find out I have to pay another $31.00 plus tax on top of that, Pretty crappy to let a car parking agency ruin your business while they are taking the parking space that should be provided free to your customers who thought enough of it to stay there. Very very unhappy with that situation..

The staff was exceptional -front desk valet and housekeeping were friendly and attentive. Both front desk agents we spoke to were awesome. The location couldn't be beat. It's right in the thick of things so two minutes to the beach or several restaurants. The store across the street was convenient for late night/forgotten necessities. The rooms were immaculate and everything was in good repair.

I only had minor issues. The room came with a kitchenette but the trash cans were the size of dorm room bins. Trash was starting to pile up just from a few meals. The mattress on the pullout couch was atrocious, if it was anyone but my three year old was sleeping on there I don't think they'd enjoy the stay as much. I would say an optional mattress topper at least but the springs were definitely sagging on there. Also I wish the doors had keypad entry so you don't have to take personal items to the beach or the keys were RFID because we did get demagnetized once. Both were minor inconveniences compared to how great the stay was and the kindness and personality of the staff as well as the overall impeccable stay more than made up for any issues.

Very good location, breakfast, the pool. Front desk did a great job moving us quickly from one room to next there was a party 2 doors down. Also great water view from our window.

The alarm clock needed replaced didn't like up at night had to use my watch instead. Housekeeper changed our thermostat to 75 we had it on 73. Charge to much for the garage parking $31 a day.

Excellent staff, very friendly and ready to share information about sightseeing and the hotel facility, smooth checking, clean and spacious room.

Breakfast was a bit messy because it was crowded and the selection wasn’t very large but overall it was good. The valet parking is paid but we were informed before so no surprise in that regard.

The breakfast was decent and the staff was great. They always took care of our needs; I requested a fan for my room and they gave me their fan from their office. When we needed an extra pillow or towels, they got them to us and cleaned our room often.

We didn't like the location of our room(no balcony) but that's our fault for booking at the last minute.

Big rooms and beautiful views... Variety of tv channels, really clean. Breakfast was good overall and plenty of seating space.

Booked two rooms a month ahead paid in full, requested rooms next to each other, hotel confirmed via message of the request. Day comes in got us 10 rooms apart from each other. Thank goodness they were on same floor🤦‍♂️ Also did the check in thru the app day before, got to the hotel at 4pm and only one room was available no reason was given other than they were almost sold out. Finally the other room was given at 5:12pm. 🤦‍♂️ What's the sense of paying a month ahead and do a check in a day before, if none of the requests were fulfilled? Next time I will stick with Hilton Hotels. Tried something different here and didn't work.

Whilst it’s lovely to have breakfast included, it would be nice if hotels could enforce a ‘no pyjamas allowed’ rule in the dining area. Amazing how many people, including adults were in sleepwear, including slippers.
