We were able to pay for a late check out and use the pool. Nice heated indoor pool (1.3m at shallow end and 1.5m at deep end). It’s also next to a nice park. Worked well for a less stressful way to entertain 3 children for the day en route to Caen for a late ferry journey. Very friendly member of staff at check in (even though it was midnight)! Sorted out our late check out.

Not many choices for breakfast for the price and breakfast advertised as being until 11 at weekend, but didn’t seem to be being topped up. But what was there was nice.

Location very good - just over 5 minutes from the A10, and next to a leisure area with lake. Arrived in the evening after a long hot drive and we were able to use the hotel's swimming pool before eating outdoors in their restaurant - interesting menu and food very good. As was breakfast the next morning, with locally sourced products. Comfortable room with air conditioning that could actually be controlled - not always guaranteed in other places. Staff helpful and free parking too.

A 25m pool would have been nice 🙂

We based ourselves here for a long weekend exploring the Loire valley. The hotel was ideally located just outside of Tours that enabled quick and easy travel in almost all directions. The room was large, comfortable and with a good bathroom. A key feature of our stay was the use of the Pool, sauna and steam room which were ideal after a long day exploring the local Chateau's. Parking was plentiful and felt safe. Overall the hotel met all of our need's during our stay.

The key card access to the pool did not work during our stay which made access a little more effortful that it needed to be.

The room was lovely, the bed was lovely and we had a separate toilet which was great. The mirror was fab as it had a light on it and I could put my make up on properly as some hotel mirrors are useless. The shower was great also. Good to have a kettle and tea and coffee making facilities. Lots of area to put all our luggage etc... They really know what a traveller needs.

Great customer service from a friendly group of people. Good quiet night's sleep and great location if you are travelling through France.

Food at the restaurant could have been better, but I am guessing that the hotel is having to watch it's costs

Location. Beautiful park and lake behind hotel to go for a walk. Could easily walk to shopping centre. Pool was a welcome way to exercise and relax. Friendly staff. Good food. Lovely large room.

Difficult to find entrance to hotel of the motorway.

The evening meal was lovely and the pool was great. The room was large, spacious and comfortable. The walk in shower was excellent.

The decor is poor...black and white stripes in the dining room and black and white dog's tooth carpet....dated. The entrance was drab and the corridors were dark.

Great location, quiet, interior well maintained.

Courtyard and paving outside were full of weeds and needs good outdoor cleaning and garden work.
