I loved the decor, the facilities, the huge bed, the balcony, the outlook, the view, the location, the vibe, all of it. It perfectly suited my needs. I had a little getaway/staycation and it was very relaxing, the room service was lovely, the in house Shiraz was lovely, so was the chocolate! I really treated myself and I chose well with Crystalbrook Flynn. Came away very happy and would highly recommend.

The staff here went above and beyond from the moment we arrived. They checked us in earlier after our early morning flight - such a lifesaver. Everyone was incredibly accommodating and genuinely eager to help. Highlights: - Directly on the esplanade - Night market just steps away - Perfect access to everything - Spotlessly clean rooms - Well-maintained facilities Bonus: Yoga mat in the room (total game-changer for fitness lovers) The staff's warmth, incredible location, and thoughtful touches made this stay truly memorable.

A Few Honest Notes: - Bed is comfy but on the softer side - Swimming pools are clean but chilly. 1st floor pool slightly warmer, but still refreshing - No power sockets by the bed—only a USB port. If you have a Type-C charger, you might run into some trouble :)

Hotel is in an amazing location. Sitting around the pool area was very pleasant. Breakfast was ok, but not worth $38.

First room had an extremely musty smell, like a boy's gym bag. We couldn't stomach breathing that for 6 nights, and the first desk manager who came to the room to check agreed it smelled bad, said she'd look into it, but never followed up with us. The 2nd desk manager I called was far friendlier and accommodating and brought us to another room. While the air quality was much better in the 2nd room, the shower leaked a lot of water into the toilet area due to poor design and no caulking. We pointed it out to the room attendant.

It’s just a lovely place to stay. Rooms are beautiful, spotless, good choice on the TVs, comfortable bed, location, facilities and staff. Really enjoyed our stay. Disliked the pools - we didn’t go in since you could either be seen through the side or from the bottom! Bit odd. We knew that before staying but didn’t realise both of the two pools would be like that. Didn’t see one person use it through the whole week, although you’re so close to the lagoon it’s not too much of a problem. Also parking charge is a bit steep but very secure and easy (although they did try to overcharge us for an extra day, this was promptly sorted).

The location with two entrances meant you could go out onto the esplanade or into town. It was right next to the night markets and the lagoon and lots of great restaurants. The pools were amazing even when it rained we could lounge and not get wet but still use the pool which in 37 degrees heat was great. The staff were very friendly and lent us an umbrella no problem. The robes in the room were wonderful. The bed was extremely comfortable. We slept really well. The room was sound proof. Nice balcony. The shower was great. Easy to get to via Uber from the airport in about 15 minutes. Great value for money and we arrived at 10.30am off a flight from Hong Kong and they let us check in which was really appreciated.

Nothing. But a word to the wise there are multiple crystal brooks and we think this one has the best location!

Great location, reasonable sized room, modern bathroom had a nice walk-in shower. Good choice at breakfast.

I feel I should mention a few points that were negatives for us: 1) the room was very poorly lit as found most hotels these days. being visually impaired this was key for us. 2) There were only two cardboard coat hangers in the wardrobe, we called down to request some more which we were told would be brought up, but they never materialized. 3) breakfast is from 6:30 but it did open later than that which is a bit inconvenient as we had a trip with an early start.

Location of the property, room size, restaurants in the property. Staff was courteous and prompt.

The only thing that has put me off was the constant smell in the bathroom. We were there for 5 nights and yes they cleaned it every day but the smell didn't go and I would not expect that from a property like Crystal brook Flynn. And this concern was raised with the Hotel. Additionally, the breakfast spread needs an upgrade, the quality of food was not great. Pancakes for example were the worst which is unusual.

The location was so central, and the facilities were great. Staff were friendly and helpful too. Bed and pillows were very comfortable, and room and bathroom was modern, very clean and welcoming. Also the pools were an absolute highlight! Stunning and could order drinks pool side.

Not being able to turn the air con below 21 was abit annoying since it didn't even really get down to 21 as it was, but alas, a minor issue. Also housekeeping didn't replace toilet paper without being specifically asked which wasn't great when staying for 7 days, but when asked, they were very quick and on the ball about it.

It's clean. Perfect location. Loves the interior.

Staff were inconsistent. Some are very friendly and some are just not suitable to be in the service line. They claimed to be 5 star but feel like 4 at most. Everything looks new, but the ventilation in the bathroom was rattling. One bed was nice and comfy, but one bed was softer than the other. So it feels weird when it's put together as a bed. Had to call the front desk everytime, even though we've put our request in the ipad and was acknowledged.

The reception were welcoming, efficient and friendly on both my stays. On my first stay, I booked a harbor facing room and by mistake, a city view room on my return stay. on 2nd check-in, I requested to change to harbor facing again and the receptionist searched and worked for over 5 minutes to arrange this, and succeeded. including upgrading me to the top floor, harbor facing. See pic from 8th floor and 12th floor. This is more than I could have expected and so appreciate the extra effort, you don't get at every hotel, the standard answer usually being "Sorry, we'd love to but the hotel is full". Thanks again for a wonderful experience in the fully modern hotel (e.g. including USB sockets if you don't have Australian plugs) etc...
