The room was fresh, clean, comfortable and had new appliances. The new manager Karen was extremely friendly and obliging to ensure she was there to greet my partner and give him our room key even though I had received a text message earlier in the day to say it was in the key safe. The room and service were excellent, and I highly recommend this accommodation. We were in Mossman visiting family and all aspects of our stay at Demi View were incredibly positive and we look forward to returning soon.

There was absolutely nothing I could fault with our stay at Demi View Motel. Everything was how it should be, and our stay there was comfortable and relaxing.

The management was outstanding and has made some recent big improvements which we really appreciated. Check in was easy, the room was very clean, beds comfy and lots of hot water. There are coin operated washing machines and dryers which we used. No complaints whatsoever from us !

The exterior appearance is a little rundown with a closed restaurant at the front but don’t be put off by this as the new management is making improvements

In the kitchen equipment is missing to make own breafast (bowls, cuttlery). However, communal kitchen is ok.

The motel is located close to the shopping centre, and there are several cafes and restaurants well within walking distance. The motel was very clean and and service was excellent. Staff was always ready to help with any queries and overall it was a great place to stop for a few days

The manager was extending helpful and friendly. Allowed us to leave our luggage the next day so we could ride up to the gorge. The rooms are clean and quiet, with comfortable beds and soft linen. The camp kitchen at the back of the hotel is well stocked and a nice place to sit and meet other guests. Highly recommend.

We always go and stay there just for a few days or a week. Karen and her partner are lovely people, always welcoming and interacting with guests. I would recommend this place to family and friends.

The staff got in touch to let me know where to get the room key from when they were out of the office on the Sunday afternoon. They also assisted with washing facilities.

Weak water pressure. Only one of two washing machines and one of two driers were working and there was a queue waiting to use them.

Great location. Close to shops. Short drive to Mossman Gorge. The room was comfortable and clean. There was an outside communal kitchen to prepare basic meals.

The location was really good and the room was a good size with tea & coffee facilities and very clean. Karen the owner/manager was very helpful and I had a lovely relaxing stay there. Very handy to Mossman Gorge, especially if you have a car and there is a lovely pool too.

Although an older motel, everything was spotless and well maintained. I liked the concept of the outdoor kitchen and laundry facilities. I imagine these would have been very welcomed by families staying at the motel.
