Beautiful spacious luxurious villa with private pool and high weaved ceiling, so nice to come back to after a day out. Loved the delicious breakfast being brought to us each morning and the bed turn brown service at night. Felt spoilt and very well looked after. Located down a lane way from beach strip in quiet location but close easy walk or bike to restaurants. Bike hire from reception made getting around the island so easy. Staff were amazing, always happy, friendly and eager to assist you in anyway. It rained the day before we left and the tract to harbour had water puddles so staff carried our bags for us and took us a different way to the harbour so we didn’t have to walk through water. Very caring professional staff. Highly recommended.

The staff were brilliant and friendly. They went out of their way to help us throughout our stay and were very easy to contact via WhatsApp. There wasn't a request that was ever too much for them. The villa itself was beautiful and comfortable. The pool was a great size. Breakfast is ordered via WhatsApp and is brought to the villa which is a lovely touch. On our last day we ordered a floating breakfast which was presented beautifully. The complimentary foot massage was a lovely touch and could be organised at a time that suited us best. The villas are s very short walk from the harbour so you do not need to use the horses. And if requested, the staff will meet you on your arrival at the harbour. (They also escort you and your luggage on leaving the villas) There are so many restaurants and bars within a short walk from the villa. I would recommend hiring the bikes to explore the island too. I would definitely stay again if I was to visit the island again.

My other half struggled with the critters within the outdoor bathroom. They were harmless and didn't harm you but just a heads up to anyone that struggles with insects. This is not a critism at all to the property or the staff.

Lovely big villa, very private and secure. TV had premium channels already set up for watching films etc, great aircon and comfortable big bed. Staff were very friendly and ordering breakfast for the next day was simple via reception or WhatsApp. Bikes available and in-house massage with free 15 min treatment. Great experience and attentive staff. Well designed outdoor space with everything you need.

The shower & bath in my villa didn't have hot water but in my friend's villa it was hot, not a big issue but a hot shower is nice. General comments about the island not directly about the hotel but something to be aware of. We experienced big storms during our stay resulting in all boats cancelled to and from Bali so allow a few days cushion if you have flights back in Bali. Trees were being uprooted due to the strong winds and one crashed into one of the villas causing a bit of damage luckily nobody was hurt. Power is also intermittent and not always guaranteed as is the internet service, yet again down to the weather we had.

We loved our stay here! We were met at the harbour with a sign and friendly smile. The staff were so kind and friendly from the beginning to the end of our stay. They helped organise bicycles, laundry and any other questions and tips we needed for the island. Our room was lovely and quiet, we really enjoyed the pool side loungers. They kindly put mosquito repellent sticks in every evening. Our breakfast was always on time and was good. Would definitely be back! Thanks for a great stay!

The routes to get to the property are not very clean (Like many other parts on the island) but that is public space so we avoided it for the most part by using bicycles and it is not any fault of the accommodation.

The villa is amazing, the room is very spacious and the bathroom is outdoors and very spacious as well. I loved the pool, I was able to enjoy it while I was staying there. The breakfast is ok, was not my favorite but was enough. They ask you to pick what you would like from a menu the day before, as well as set the time you would like to have it, and they will bring it to your villa. The service overall was very good. The place provides a lot of services, like massages or renting bikes, or booking snorkeling activities. The island is pretty small, so you can actually walk everywhere and walk the largest distance in like 25 minutes. The location is very close to the port, so you can take your luggage walking as well.

I can think of a couple of downsides, one are the mosquitoes so be prepared for that. The other one is that the service knocks on the door, but it’s not very loud so some times you cannot hear it well. And they might come inside without you noticing. This happened to me and was probably the worst experience in my whole trip as they really scared me.

Absolutely stunning accommodation,, which felt like a little oasis in Gili Air. The staff were excellent in particular June and Rain with their smiling service and willingness to make your holiday special and Andre who gave us our complementary foot massage. Another nice touch was the complementary afternoon tea each day. It is a very special place and I would not hesitate to recommend it.

Despite being luxurious accommodation there were some issues with maintenance, paint coming off walls, a broken cupboard, a broken bin and a bit of a clean up needed in the outside kitchen. However, this did not in any way detract from our enjoyment of the place and for the amount we paid per night £42 per night it was superb value for money.

I had an incredible stay at this beautiful villa . The room was stunning, and specious, with a very comfortable bed. The private pool was amazing, and the villa’s peaceful location made it the perfect retreat. It was quiet yet conveniently close to restaurants and the beach, making it easy to explore. You can also rent bikes at the Villa. What truly made my stay exceptional was the amazing staff—special thanks to Juni, Rizal, Rian, and Rennie for their warmth and dedication. They genuinely care about their guests and always go above and beyond to ensure a perfect experience. Their kindness and attention to detail made my stay even more special. I can’t wait to return!

The property is run by a wonderful group of people and the property itself was very clean and inviting. Breakfast was good and the outdoor area is great for when it rains.

It felt quite dark at times due to the trees surrounding the villa. The mosquitos were relentless ! But this is apart of island life and the staff are always giving extra mosquito coils. Mosquito net is also included as a type of curtain on the main doors. It’s definitely more in the forest rather than the beach, which is a great option if that’s what you’re after.

This was our 2nd stay and we enjoyed it very much again. * The staff become friends. They are all so lovely and kind and friendly and helpful. * The pool is well maintained and clean. * The bed is good quality, huge and not too firm. * The pillows (2 of them!) are soft!! Just lovely. * The Bed linen was good * the wifi is excellent (understanding that you're on Gili Air and it can be a little erratic at times' * The in room Safe actually worked! And it was actually attached to the shelf! * The fridge worked really well. * A large water container was provided in the room. Unlimited fresh water is so appreciated! * The Air conditioning worked quite well. * There was a smart TV with netflix if you wished to use it. * Afternoon Tea of a drink, cake and small snack was brought to the villa each afternoon, with a smile. * The location is good - only about 2 mins walk along to the beach near Scallywags. Maybe 6 or 7 mins walk into the main street.

There are 8 villas, 4 each side of a split pathway, each with the pool facing east or west. This gives each pool (we assume based on our villa) around 2-3 hours of direct sun during either the morning or afternoon. The pool areas are still warm and sunny for the times that you do not get direct sun. If you want 100% sun, walk a small distance to the beach. You’re on a tropical island. The villas are a 5 minute walk to the east beaches, and around 15-20 minutes to the west beaches where you will enjoy stunning sunsets. We did not wake early enough to comment on the sun rises. The beds were clean, large, and maintained daily. Sheets are changed at your request. As this is an island, there is not the convenience of commercial laundries for daily sheet changes. Completely understandable. The staff are wonderful. We were lucky enough to spend time when Jun was working there, whose friendly smiles, genuine curiosity about how our day was, and nothing-too-hard attitude with requests. Each of the staff were fantastic, but Jun, if we had to pick, was a favourite. The location of the villas is also well placed on the island, in that they are some distance from the mosque. If you are unfamiliar with the lovely sounds of the call to prayer, you may wake for the first 5am call. The villas are well soundproofed though, so you are unlikely to wake again or be disturbed by general sounds of neighbours. If you are considering staying close to the mosque, consider that. Bicycles can be rented from reception. Yours can be booked from reception. The daily breakfast is fine, and we had the fruit bowl with granola every morning. Simply select from the breakfast menu and let them know what time you would like it brought to the villa. There are eggs etc available. A bike is fine for one day. Try it for one day before you book it for your entire stay. The shower/bath/toilet is outside.
