I picked the hotel based on the booking.com reviews. My experience matches well with the previous reviews. My business room was stylish and very clean. The free parking and proximity to main street and big shopping center are positive factors.

Though the experience was mostly positive, I could mention a couple of slightly disturbing things. The lobby, the breakfast room, and the long corridors on the ground floor felt rather bleak. The breakfast serving was a small disappointment. There was a big variety of food available but specially the hot food section was not up to my expectations (considering the room price). And the parking plot in the inner yard was chaotic.

Fast check in, comfortable bed with many pillows, free ironing board on demand, lavish breakfast with unique meats, top 3 breakfast in Kaunas hotels IMO, central location, established property.

Reception surprisingly told me they had marked me as 'checked out' before I came to check out at ~9 AM. Breakfast staff removed my fresh coffee from my table before I returned with the yogurt and granola. Refillable toiletries on par with 3-star hotel, as is the hotel minibar policy.

We stayed in the junior suite and it was spacious and very clean. The air conditioner kept the room pleasantly cool even on hot days. The breakfast selection was very rich and offered great taste experiences. The location of the hotel is convenient, the Akropolis shopping center (if you are interested in shopping) and Laisves street with its numerous restaurants and shops are a short walk away.

One extra blanket could be in the closet as a spare for those who can't share one blanket at night ;) The corridors of the hotel are strongly scented, it finally started to bother us a bit. There is free parking in the hotel yard, but due to construction works, this parking area is very narrow.

The size of the room was excellent. Facilities were pretty modern and the staff were very helpful always. Indeed they offered us free Nespresso pods for the machine in the room. The hotel was in a very central location next to laisves avenue and next to the massive shopping centre and zalgirio arena.

The breakfast was a bit average. It wasn't that bad but for a 4star hotel it should be better and more varied. Also the pool and sauna facilities were not free which wasn't ideal. Something like that should be made clear during booking. Finally the room seemed to lack a way of controlling the AC unit, which meant that on the one hand the room was warm which was good for Christmas but some times it was getting too warm.

had a great experience at this hotel, especially considering its superb location. For the price, it offers excellent value in such a prime area. The breakfast was abundant, quickly replenished, and very tasty. The rooms, while on the smaller side, were clean and well-heated, providing a comfortable stay. The bathroom facilities were also spotless. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a good option in this location.

Parking at the hotel was somewhat limited, especially if the hotel was at full capacity. However, there was ample paid parking available in front of the hotel. We were quite disappointed with the service in the restaurant. The restaurant seemed unprepared for the number of guests in the hotel, leading to long waits for the waitress, who appeared overworked and not in the best mood. On a positive note, the food was good, and the cocktails were excellent.

The breakfast was excellent with a large variation of food. The room had a perfect size for us. The hotel is located in the city center, so everything is close. Free parking is really a nice feature that the hotel offers. We did not try the spa, sauna etc. Check in time was fast.

The hallway has a bit strange smell, same as the room. However, the air exhaust in our bathroom was not functioning. I am not sure if this was supposed to be like this.

The breakfast was plentiful, lots of different options. Our room was lovely and roomy, the hotel is built in an old printing factory. It has a good vibe despite it being quite large. We enjoyed the bar, it was cosy and the bartender professional

It was a little noisy in the morning due to a very loud verbose neighbor and a locked door separating our rooms. The staff at reception responded well and suggested requesting a quiet room Parking available

The property was spacious, very modern and clean. We enjoyed a huge selection of breakfast items on the two days we were there. All very tasty. The bed was super comfortable and the bath was heavenly. Roberta was an absolute legend and nothing was too much trouble for her. Thank you, Roberta, for looking after us so well. You are a total credit to your customer service role and Victoria Hotel Kaunas is very lucky to have you.

Perfect location, good size of the room, tall selling, balcony, comfortable bed, writing table, clean, very good breakfast. Beatiful. Loved almost everything in that hotel.

Spa was a problem. The reason I've booked this hotel and paid more then the over hotels were charging was a Spa. Hoping to enjoy it after a long journey. But NO. At the reseption I was talk it's cost 65 euro extra and it's for privat use only, and you have you book at least 2 hours in advance that so they may able to preheat. This was unusual 🤔, unfair and very DISAPPOINTING.

Victoria hotel is just such a lovely place to stay! Located in the heart of the city which we found very convenient when travelling with kids, the hotel was exceptionally clean and the staff were just beyond helpful - we even got a small history lesson on the building after we expressed our wish to know more. They went out of their way to make our stay at Victoria truly pleasant. Thank you!
