The rooms are really cute and clean. Staff are super friendly and attentive. I felt sick before taking a local guided tour outside Addis, so when my guide arrived, the front desk made sure he is aware of my condition. I’ve been to many countries before and stayed mostly 4-5 star hotels, but service at Best Western exceeded my expectations. Additionally, the rooms are sizable and comfortable. Highly recommended!

I like the gym, and the breakfast was A little better than decent. The staff with friendly and helpful. And professional

Though it wasn't a real inconvenience the elevator on the second floor going down did not work during my stay. Not exactly sure why. But that is not a deal breaker. Will definitely use again if they keep the good work up and get good reports from customers on booking.com

Maybe consider having hot vegetables for better choice for breakfast. Sometimes some breakfast meal which supposed to be hot were cold, for ex. oat.

The hotel was generally clean, very nice breakfasts, and friendly and professional staff! Hailemariyam at the gate was excellent! Hana was exceptionally extraordinary!! Hana, was frendly, and ready to answer your questions and provide you support. She made our stay perfect! I will definitely come back and Best westernis is now my favourite!.

Lovely hotel with everything you need. Good and clean rooms, gym, great SPA, and relaxing health club. Good breakfast for all tastes. Nice and helpful staff. Free airport shuttle. You can find downstairs an agent for all tourist information and trips you want in Ethiopia.

Excellent location, luxurious, large and comfortable rooms. The warm welcoming environment and service offered by the staff. The strong Wi-Fi , the access to SPA and fitness Center made my stay delightful. The pick-up and drop free shuttle service is safe and convenient.

Little vegetable on the breakfast buffet. The diversity of the music is low and the sound is high in the lounge.

Suddenly the hotel hiked the price of beer in their Bar & Restaurant to almost double which is very strange and not appreciated. And the guests were not informed in advance of this steep increase in the price.

The breakfast was great! They gave me a room at a high level, quiet and comfort. Great facilities. staff are welcoming, nice, polite and gave me recommendations about restaurants and reminded me to be careful when walking alone.
