All is great: rooms, bed, staff, location, breakfast. And it is very clean. Incredibly good spot. I definitely will recommend this place to all my friends.

Only one thing: it was no view in my room, even if I was requested for it in advance (I never book rooms without the view). So it was a bit unpleasant to see the wall of another building in my window and it was constantly a bit dark... If you stay 3 days in the hotel it's really not comfortable. And other people, who stayed just 1 night, got very nice rooms with lots of light in it. So... That was a bit frustrating.

The location is very good just 5 min from the santa lucia train station but you need to walk around 20 min to san marco square. the building is nice and the room size is good. the best thing in the hotel was the breakfast it was really enough good and there was a so nice garden we enjoyed so much.

we got 2 rooms. at our room it was looking to the busy noisy street and it was so difficult to sleep or in the morning at 5 am u wake up because of niosy. but still it was ok. for the other room my brother had an issue because the AC wasnt working and they gave a small vantilator that didnt help too much also at the bathroom there was a lighting problem. also the room looks to the side a backside where there was only a wall.

+ Location near pIazza di roma bus station, good walking distance with 3 year old son:) + breakfast had pancake machine and also scrambled eggs and beacon, which is not ordinary for cheap stays under 100 eur/per night in March. + room had small bath which was perfect for kid

- extremely thin walls, all sounds and words from other rooms are audible. I have not experienced so thin walls. I read reviwes but I was still amazed. - broken coffe maker with tea and sugar and cups on the room table with printed A4 that says “not working” - just take this away from the room please, and make a room for something else:) - check in process was automatic but had errors, for instance id card of 3-year-old was not accepted and check in took 15 minutes at front desk despite it was done via online check in as well. - as hotiday just uses a room from amadeus hotel hotel wont give you an invoice -

Located few minutes walking from train station so not much straggling with luggage :). Windows of mine room faced to main street so was a bit noisy but bearable. Simple, repeatable breakfasts with selection of typical hot and cold dishes were acceptable. Perfect housekeeping, very clean and it was maintained daily!!! Stylish room with spacious and clean bathroom.

At the beginning of the stay Hotiday has some issue to provide coffee capsules to the in the room coffee machine but it was sorted out after some discussion at the reception and sending notes to Hotiday, So coffee crisis mitigated at the end :).

The location is amazing, so close to the station and away from the madness of down the canal. Lots to see and do. We caught a line ferry to Guglie from Marco Polo airport and that was efficient and close to the hotel. Our room faced the street but was not noisy at night. Good size bathroom with all the bits you need for travel supplied. Comfy beds and pillows with good or conditioning! Needed! The breakfast buffet was included and really very good. A pretty courtyard out the back was a lovely place to have it before. Busy day out in Venice. Staff were friendly and helpful

The location and air conditioning.

Face towels made from napkin material, scratchy and not suitable for face at all, not cotton like the bath towels. Also not necessary to have Amazon Echo In the room, which has a camera. Most people would not know to switch camera off. Real invasion of privacy as someone has access to the camera on the echo. I unplugged mine.

Very close to train station, in main restaurant and shopping street close to Grand Canal. Elegant decor, comfortable bed, separate toilet and bathroom, lovely complementary breakfast in nice dining room.

Minor complaint that shower head had no holder, so had to hold it in my hand.

Good breakfast which you were provided various options. We had issue with the check in at midnight, but the staffs were helpful and solved the problem.

Personally, the room looked a bit older than the picture, but it was clean and the location was close to everything.

Hotel was very nice on a good place. It's only few minute walk from train-station. Staff was friendly. Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was a good.

Excellent price-to-value ratio for 4* hotel in Venice! Perfect location on the main pedestrian street, very close to the central train station and city boat stop! Breakfast has been included! The room are clean, in typical venetian style!
