Excellent location. Quiet and clean. Value for money.

No breakfast after 9am

The location is great, right next to Hita JR Station, the bus terminal, and the taxi stand. Our room was spacious and clean and had a really cool view of an Attack on Titan drawing on the building on the other side of the street. The staff was super nice and friendly.

The air in the room was a bit stuffy and the room had a bit of a stuffy smell to it. It passed after we opened the window for a bit but it was evident the room could use some fresh air or better air circulation.

Route Inn Hita Eki Mae looks like a newer building with free parking. Easy access. The location is practical with a few izakayas around and a small AEON mall/store across the street. The breakfast was as usual for Route Inn, nothing fancy but it'a all you need to start the day efficiently. The first room I was given was smelly and it was changed promptly, no questions asked. Good location on my way back to Fukuoka, good sleep, good value.

Nothing bad to report!

Excellent self choice at breakfast when I could eat as much as I liked and there was a huge range. The hot spring had free shaving foam and razors. There is free coffee in the lobby. The room had a table and couch. The hotel provided a free extra chair when I requested it. There were 8 power sockets in the room. t's a lovely, welcoming, warm and comfortable hotel.

I thought 10 was a little early to ask guests to leave. 11 or 12 would be better.

Location was perfect for us. Next to the railway station, across from the bus station and between the two main areas of the town. The staff were so helpful, friendly and patient with our lack of Japanese. Great onsen and laundry facilities. Wonderful restaurant. We loved our Japanese breakfasts but they had other choices. The rooms had everything we needed. Lovely opening the curtains in the morning to look over the town and up to the mountains.

We loved this hotel and the town of Hita. There was nothing to criticise.

Right next door to the station and AEON Mall. Hita has a great connection to anime, therefore many aesthetics around the town are dedicated to anime. Very convenient, and met my expectations of the chain hotel.

There was a mix up with housekeeping services, requested eco service at check in then changed it to a full service with one of the housekeeping staff on the day. Housekeeping entered the room on the day, emptied bins, but did nothing else. I was a tad confused. Bathroom was the tiniest I have experienced in Japan after 9 visits.

Great location next to station, friendly staff and the breakfast was delicious. Thank you. My room had a view of the Colossal Titan on the wall of the building opposite, very cool for an Attack on Titan Fan. Also right next to Levi statue. Brilliant hotel thank you.

Very convenient location for bus and train and easy to drive with adequate parking. Small but tasteful onsen which we really appreciated after long day of travelling. The room is as advertised, compact but adequate for a night. Perhaps if you had large luggage you may disagree but with 2 carry-ons and 2 back packs my daughter and I were fine together in the room.

It was a very nice hotel, I loved that complimentary breakfast was available, as well as free wifi! The hotel and room were very clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly.

The bed was more firm than I am accustomed to, however I learned that most beds in Japan are this way. However, I was still able to get quality rest.

Step off train or bus and hotel is literally steps away. Warm greeting on arrival, complementary drink and able to leave luggage. Nice room every to you would want and good breakfast . Bonus of public bath
