We had an amazing overnight stay en route from the Alps to Calais. Easy location for a stopover. Rooms were clean, beds were comfy. We arrived very late due to traffic. Staff called to check on us before reception closed and made sure to leave the entry code and keys for us. Very thoughtful and responsible. Breakfast was fantastic. We woke up rather late and found ourselves the only family at breakfast. However there were still plenty of food and they even refilled the hot food for us. Electric car charger right outside the door was a lifesaver.

The hotel is conveniently located for the motorway down to the Alps. The reception team were friendly and helpful at check in and check out. Rooms were clean with very comfortable beds. We really enjoyed having breakfast before we left and I appreciated some gluten free options. The restaurant staff were also friendly and smiley. Food was constantly being topped up, and included a lot of local produce which was nice to see. I would definitely stay at the hotel again on my way to the mountains.

The lady on reception on arrival 19/12/2024 was outstanding, nothing was too much trouble. She set a hard act to follow.

Unfortunately the reception was manned by the complete opposite on leaving 20/12/2024. No real empathy when we made a complaint about a sewage smell coming from the shower in room 104. I was also overcharged by €120.00, Luckily I managed to see the mistake, but it took over 15 minutes and assistance by another staff member to sort it out.

During my motorcycle road trip, I stayed here for one night. Parking is secured by gates, ensuring only guests have access. Breakfast offered a variety of options, including scrambled eggs and bacon. I had a special request which I submitted in advance by booking.com, and the staff were quick to respond. The room, bathroom were all very clean, beds are comfortable.

Last minute booking as the one we planned that evening wasn't great & not in the safe location. Hotel was fairly good - room facilities were very basic for the price. Could really do with some modernisation and comfort. Good thing is the parking was locked for safety overnight Breakfast was fairly reasonable.

The room was spacious, functional and clean - in fact it exceeded expectations on this front. The breakfast had plenty of choice and was a great way to kick off a day.

Staff were a mixed pleasure. The afternoon person who checked us in was nice and helpful, the lady in the morning was not a pleasant person to deal with at all.

The room was very quiet - soundproofing here works. The staff were helpful in both calling us and also speaking English to help our limited French. The shower was excellent and the nearby retail park was close enough for both breakfast and dinner. A good palce to stop if punctuating a long journey through France from, or to, the ports.

The hotel was having refurbishments to the restaurant and so no food was available there.

An excellent convenient hotel ideal for a stopover for one or two nights en route to the South or back. Don't be deceived by the business park approach - the hotel is self contained at the end of a quiet access road with secure gated parking. Its still quite new so everything is clean and fresh. Very effiicient check in staff and system and they will call you and check you know how to self check in after hours if you're running late. Very nice rooms and comfy bed. No kettle but they provided one on request at reception. We were so pleased with this stop over that we booked it for our return trip as well.

Clean hotel with comfy beds, ideal for a nights stopover en route to Calais

Breakfast was a bit chaotic due to hotel having two coach parties in, so not much left when we went down and no cleared tables, think it was a mix up with the time we were told to go for breakfast, Shame really as last year we really rated the breakfast but for the 24 euros we paid it wasn’t value for money this time.

As the hotel lies in the outskirts of Reims, near the main communication routes, it is easy to reach the city Centre by car as well as if you want to head to the ‘grand cru’ villages of the wine region. The hotel has a wide parking with large shade which is good to keep your car full of bottles of wine, ready to go home. The double bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed. I found a little bit weird the ensuite bathroom which has a separate toilet. Anyway this inconvenience is easy to be overcome. A very good point in favour is the roller shutter which allows you to sleep in the dark as long as you want.

The room has no fridge.
