Quirky hotel.Friendly staff.Nice modern bathrooms,but room decor a bit jaded.Still the best priced rooms we could find in the area, so it this was acceptable.Great view of the snow covered alps in the distance from our bedroom window. Nice breakfast.

Fan noise running in 7th floor bedrooom kept us awake all night.It sounded like someone hoovering in a distant room, but I think it was a ventilation fan. Shifted us to 6th floor room when we said it to reception the next day.Also the night safe was loose in the cupboard, only realised when we were removing our valuables to change rooms.You could lift out the whole safe. 6th floor room was Bavarian timber themed(quite nice.)but no TV reception .TV was very dated and wouldn’t take our iPhone input.There was a lot of drill noise on the 2nd and 3rd days,so they must be seem to be doing upgrade works on the rooms in the hotel.

It is a nice chain hotel - i.e. if you are looking for some specials it is not your place, it is just for a sleep over, reasonably priced and close to the Munich Exhibition area. Yet the place is rather remote from central Munich and you need some time for walking in rather lovely neighbourhood to reach the public transport (ca 17 min to U bahn). The staff is very helpfull and positive. The room we had was good size for the hotel type and the rest is also nothing to complaint about. Extra plus and probably one extra point is breakfast - so if you book the room - take the breakfast with - well worth it. All in all - good place to stay for a short stay in Munich or if you are in MAC.

The hotel corridors had smell of tobaco or something like this - not sure it is our luck, but I judje on what I had. Wifi signal was very poor in the last room on the corridor we had. Also some small things usual for 4 stars hotels were missing in the room, yet we had a battle of water for free and there is coffee maker, cattle and some teas. You may find parking around - as the hotel parking is 15 euro a day or night - which is a robery considering that you cannot get to the hotel without a car.

Bright and spacious. Lovely decor throughout. We were made extremely welcome by Noskova who sorted out our rooms efficiently and in such a friendly manner - a great asset to the Leonardo Hotel. The breakfast was excellent. We were able to leave our luggage while we toured Munich on the day we left. The receptionist on our check out was also very friendly and efficient. We were a family group of 8 and all agreed we would definitely recommend this hotel.

No negatives about the hotel itself but to get into the centre of Munich without using a taxi (33euros) involved a little bit of walking to the nearest relevant bus stop. We got all day travel passes which worked very well.

The staff was ready to change and clean the room every day replacing towels, bed sheets but also refilling coffee and tea supplies. They were also very nice in following instructions and once we were back early they found a way to take a bit of shortcuts while keeping the same quality of the service.

There were two things: one was that the building is aging. Sometimes only one elevator was only functional. The rooms are visibly dated. What is more the location is not the most perfect one. It's not far to get to the subway station and the bus stops quite near but at night in this location (Arabellapark), you can feel unsafe.

Beautifully clean room. Every day our bed was made and fresh towels replaced the used ones from the night before. Staff were lovely. Online check in in advance made it such an easy process arriving in. Also, reception is open 24 hours which is such a life saver! Shower facilities were clean and satisfying after a long day. Fridge so handy!

The AC in the room wasn't very effective so in 30⁰C heat it was quite uncomfortable in the room. There is 1 bus outside the hotel, but other than that you need to walk 15-20 minutes to get to transport into the city centre. Not really a bother though, just something to note.

The staff are very friendly and very helpful. The breakfast is fantastic. Rooms are adequate and comfortable. I have seen negative comments in previous reviews in regards to the location of this hotel. There is absolutely nothing wrong with this location/area. It is safe, easy to access UBahn to get into the city and there are some excellent restaurants within easy walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.

Air conditioning could be improved but we have noticed the same issue in every hotel we have stayed in so far, so it's not a criticism just an observation.

The breakfast was very good, the personal was very friendly and professional. The room was quite large and I slept with open windows without much noise from outside. The near distance to my working place, but also to some good restaurants (at Arabella Park) and the mini super market at the filling station next to the hotel was were good argument to book this hotel again. As I am traveling by bike (folding bike) it is also not far away from the city center, Isar river or the English Garden.

The furnishings are not up to date and I would like to see a renovation. The room and the bed were OK, but not up to date. The old elevator had some problems in high times, of course stairs are an alternative but with luggage or with a folded bike I prefer to use it.

Great room, not small not huge but well planned, bathroom looked new and was indeed just redone. As per review, impressive breakfast, lots of variety both cold/hot. Bread not mindblowing but overall really pleased with choice including fresh fruits. Friendly staff. Parking with a fee, though could have probably just stayed on the road outside.

1st night AC not working, told reception, still same problem 2nd night (could only open slightly the window so was just ok thx for fresher outside temperature

The staff were unbelievably kind and understanding. Very welcoming and very reqdy to help wherever they could. E.g., I could buy coffee from breakfast room if I wasn't hungry to eat. The staff lady at checkin was so kind (I checked in at around midnight). Room was very large! Bathroom too.

The bathrooms counters were very dirty. It was clear it hadn't been wiped and I was too grossed out to leave my things on it. I also couldn't find *any* outlets in the room, and resorted to unplugging the fridge in order to charge my phone. Not too much light in the room (but I think that was the aesthetic, so not a complaint).

we did not have breakfast, but did see the selection and setting. Looked superb. Room providied everything required, just a bit small for 2 beds. Location - easy access by UBahn. Arabella Park is great for access to Hughways and accessability

We were in a room 418 that had work in progress on the floor above us. The drilling etc was bothesomein the mornings.
