It began with a great check-in Lilliana at the desk was amazing. She was very pleasant and fast. Once I received my key card I went to my room and unpacked. I normally travel with a room fan that I need to sleep and I wasn’t able to pack it. I was going to just go buy a fan but stopped at the desk and asked Lilliana if the hotel had one I could use. She ran to the basement and found one, since I was already prepared to head out and meet family she took it to my room. It made a big difference in how I slept during my stay. The breakfast was what was expected. The biscuits and gravy was really good and unexpected. The room was clean and comfortable. The second night I met with my family if 12 that I hadn’t seen in a while and had dinner at a restaurant. We wanted to take family pictures and the restaurant was too small so I had asked Sandy another check-in person if we could use the lobby. We got some great family pictures. The only thing I would have liked is a in room safe.

I would have liked an in room safe. I had to carry my valuables with me everywhere I went. I never travel with much other than cash a a few pieces of jewelry but normally don’t like to carry them with me all day long.

Needs updating in room 300, like a little paint, poor lighting in bathroom & no water pressure. Breakfast on weekend, doesn't start till 7. People do check out early traveling on weekends, so it should be offered at same time as the week. Wasn't told till check in, so had to make other stop fir breakfast, as pricey as the stay was should be included

The room size was great, the pet fee reasonable, and the room was clean. Although the bed was a little hard it turned out to be very comfortable. The price was excellent at $95 for the night before the pet fee of $25. The breakfast was on par with other hotels.

The interior clearly needs a paint job and the furniture was a bit shabby. Also, the fitness room didn’t open until 10am.

Huge spacious room, very comfortable beds. Very, very clean. Good value compared to other options in this area. Great location right off I-70. Very friendly staff at both check in and check out. Check in desk staffer AJ was great, and helped my wife with a special request. And they have great luggage carts (I have not seen this kind before).

I really enjoyed my stay here during my trip to the US. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout, which made me feel at home. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-prepared. The location worked perfectly for me, with easy access to restaurants and transport. Overall, a great stay that I would happily recommend.

The fridge was not working the best, some pillows need to be replace and wish they would serve breakfast till 10 Also need to pay attention to laundry machines

The young man who checked us in was EXCEPTIONALLY nice. The ONLY person who greeted me by name and introduced himself (on a trip from Ohio to California and back again)

Our room smelled a bit dampish, but nothing terribly bad. Also, the lobby was a bit noisy after we turned in, but soon quieted down

The location to my son's house, and to shopping was just right. The staff go out of their way to please. The Breakfast was a very nice and balanced menu.

The lighting in the bathroom could have been brighter and also in the room for make-up application.

Clean, welcoming hotel with a good breakfast, including scrambled eggs, biscuits/gravy, pancakes and waffles. Room was spacious, bed was very comfortable.

Very close to interstate, so traffic was loud. But it helped mask the AC sounds to make a consistent background noise.
