The bed, and the kitchen were just perfect for a single or a couple traveling. The towels were fresh and clean. The location is tremendous and close to everything in the downtown area. Would stay again for sure.

The only thing I would mention is that the shower head needs to be replaced. Also, understanding which door to enter was a little tricky because there are 2 apartments near each other, and two iron gates. The instructions to enter the cozy suite were to pass through the iron gate. but there was too and only one label. But the host helped me immediately figure out the way in.

The property was very clean. The common room was comfortable, and the kitchen had options for coffee and tea. Our room was decorated prettily and the bathroom was modern and spotless. Air conditioning works great so we were cool and comfortable. The location is an easy walk to and from the city center sites.

It seemed a bit impersonal as we didn’t see any staff and only communicated with the host via text messages. That said, Allegra was helpful, polite and informative, and checking in and out this way gave us freedom to come and go as we wished.

The decor and ambience were just lovely and the location was perfect. Beds were very comfortable and the rooms were immaculately clean . Despite being in the heart of the city it was a quiet room.

Not a very private bathroom - it was a glass box with some semi transparent zones. I can see that it was a design choice to allow more feeling of space. No blanket on the bed, just sheet.

The property is located in a great location close to centre of Turin and within easy walking distance of most of the sights. Communication with the owner was excellent and provided for a seamless and easy check-in. The suites (Royal and X Petite) are very comfortable and well appointed with excellent wifi. The complex concierge kindly looked after our luggage after check-out.

The building and historic background of Savoia Suites is well worth researching. The area was excellent, everything you needed was close. This included food through to items of interest, such as museums and galleries. The apartment was peaceful and exceptionally well laid out.

Seamless self-check in, great location, comfortable room and facilities including use of a small shared kitchen, and great air-conditioning which was really important as we were stopping during a heat-wave and needed a cool place to sleep at night. With the shutters closed the room is also very quiet, ensuring a good night's sleep. The small free breakfast provided on arrival was also a thoughtful touch.

Central location, elegant building with outlook over gardens, high state of cleanliness, welcome and thorough briefing arrangements, quiet and well appointed.

This is an excellent apartment with two separate ensuite bedrooms and a common cooking, dining and living area. This is not a problem, indeed it might be ideal for four people travelling together. Some may find it more difficult were they to be staying there with others they do not know.

The room that you get is inside the flat where is another room for other customers, so you have shared kitchen and shared dining room and only have a private bedroom. So there is 2 separate rooms and both can be booked by different customers, so the privacy is not high. Inside the room the privacy for bathroom is not well too, because there is no sound proof, just glass door and glass wall with curtains.

An excellent central location overlooking a beautiful garden the Royal Suite is very comfortable. There is a good supermarket around the corner and bakery opposite with hot bread for breakfast. Allegra was very helpful with a variety of small things. Highly recommended.

The location, the design, the comfort, it was very special and authentic. It was easy to reach and we were serviced at the same time than independent.

The owner tried to make us pay 20€ extra for cleaning in cash although the price paid included fees and taxes already. The instructions for arrival could be a tiny bit better explained.
