Arena living is in a great spot not too far from Sindhu Beach with lots of nice places to eat. The staff were lovely, the pool was always clean and so were the rooms.

Like everywhere I've stayed in Asia the hotel is a little careworn, the shower didn't work very well and you can tell the hotel has had a lot of guests. This isn't so much a complaint. Just a heads up, if you're looking for a "fancy" hotel, this isn't it, but it is great value for money. Breakfast was pretty nice, but overall, I don't really rate the restaurant that highly. All of this comes with a caveat that I would definitely stay here again.

The accomodation and pool were beautifully clean. The bed was comfortable. We loved the swimming pool.

Brighter lighting in the room would have been good. It would also have been nice to have a bigger table in the patio area for playing card games, writing, or doing puzzles. The breakfast toaster needs repaired or replaced as only two slots were working and often several people were waiting in a queue to use the toaster. Our air conditioning unit kept breaking down in the last 2 days of our holiday

Located on the main road but set back so there is no traffic noise. Our flight was delayed so we arrived very late. Bayu at reception greeted us with a happy smile and explained all we needed to know for a super comfortable stay. Comfy bed. Breakfast is served at the pub in front. Eggs to order, toast and spread, fruit, tea, coffee. Just minutes walk to the beach boardwalk, night market, cafes, and the new shopping mall. Bayu was very helpful with organising a day tour and fast boat to Lombok. Arni and all the staff were always happy and helpful. Fabulous pool and 2 for 1 cocktails! Our 5 day stay was exceptional and we will return.

I’ll start with the positive! The staff is wonderfully friendly. Beautiful hotel with a great pool. Spacious rooms with a working bathroom! Hot shower works!

Negative: apparently there’s a bar behind the hotel with live music every evening! Covers of Tina Turner and Hotel California echo until 2 a.m. So no chance of getting any sleep…

Secluded off the main road with a lovely, shaded pool this property is 500m from Sindhu and Segara beaches with shops, massages and restaurants nearby. They offer room service and al a carte breakfast where one food dish and coffee or tea was included in our stay. The room was big and the balcony overlooked the pool. Staff are friendly and very helpful. There’s no safe in the room but lockers in the office for valuables. TV has many channels like HBO etc

The mattress was quite hard and, although they smell clean, the white towels are grayish in colour

Near by the beach and good atmosphere. In the resto is live music in the evening and that gives a nice vibe in the property! The balcony is very large and convenient. The room we had was also very spacious! Supermarket near by and 5 minute walk from sindhu night market and other good streetfood places.

A bit difficult to cross the road in front of the property. Because there is an elevated part in the middle without a crossing section.

I like everything. I like the room. They turned on the air conditioner already before we get in. No welcome but we did come at late night so dont really need it. The room was clean. The hot water from bath room was strong and so good. The balcony also huge. The Arena living bar/pub on the front was really good place. They have fresh Bintang Beer there. Good live music. And they very near to Circle K. Also the place was very near to Sanur harbour. That why we choosen them to take a rest before going to Nusa Penida. If we come to Bali, we would like to take more rest stay here.

Room is cleaned daily. Hotel surrounding is clean, quiet and peaceful during the day despite location being near to the main road. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Restaurant (local and fast food) and convinience stores is nearby. Supermarket is 6 mins walk from property.

Semi-loud music (bass) can be heard at night up till 12am due to pub and restaurant nearby. Hair dryer is only available upon request and subject to avaibility.

This hotel's location is fantastic for foodies! It has its own restaurant, plus several others and a McDonald's within easy walking distance. You'll never go hungry, and there's even a convenience store nearby for any other needs. The Breakfast was great as well.

The facilities are a bit dated, which is understandable at this price point. I'd also really appreciate a decent TV for my stay as the TV in my room isn't working as intended.

Even though it is next to a busy road there was minimal road noise. The pool is large and lovely. The best thing is the location to a couple of amazing streets filled with an eclectic mix of amazing restaurants. It is also within easy walking distance of the sea and mall.

As with a lot of places in Bali, the towels can be improved (that is a very minor thing though).
