I had a great stay at The Florence Hills Resort & Wellness. The place is beautiful and peaceful, perfect to unwind — but what really made the difference was the people. I was there for work, and Massimo was absolutely amazing. He helped me with all the logistics, was always on time, super kind, and even drove me to and from the airport. That kind of support made my trip so much smoother. Also, the breakfast is fantastic — fresh, varied, and generous. And a big thank you to Giovanni, who kindly let me use his phone when mine wasn’t working. Everyone was helpful and genuinely friendly. Would definitely recommend!

Our stay was excellent. Nice and quiet location, great breakfast and the flat was perfect for 2 couples, we both had a floor to ourselves and separate bathrooms. I almost ended up cancelling the booking due to some negative reviews on here, but I am glad I didn't because it was a lovely stay. Shame we couldn't stay there longer!

Nothing major, but the kitchen could have had a few extra bits such as dish soap and sponge etc., but we didn't end up cooking anyway.

We had a very nice stay at the Florence Hill's hotel. The staff was friendly and funny. The room was really great, large, with a private garden and a big bathroom. Breakfast and dinner were really nice and the swimming pool as well. It is located in a very quiet place in a small village, surrounded by green Tuscan mountains, a great place to fully disconnect.

The swimming pool was unavailable for 48h during our stay.

The breakfast had very good quality. The staff was very nice to us. There's a small playground for children right outside, it was very nice. The parking is available around for free, which was very convenient. The Internet quality was good.

The rooms are not the same, even though the have the same type. There were 2 rooms available of the type I chose for my booking, one with the aircon on the ground floor, but a bad kitchen, another without aircon downstairs but with a nicer kitchen. I would like to have had both. The water in the swimming pool did not have a great quality, it was not transparent at all. When you don't have an aircon downstairs, you have to open the doors to the garden and the main one to have a comfortable temperature inside. It was not always nice. The sunbeds in the garden are really old and rusty. But all that explains why the price is lower than that of the surroundings.

Wonderful experience during my recent stay at your beautiful hotel. The setting was peaceful and surrounded by nature, offering the perfect balance of tranquility and modern comfort. The staff is very nice, the rooms are clean, there is a kitchen in the rooms. The food prepared by the chef in the hotel restaurant is incredibly delicious. The hotel is located in a very picturesque place. From every corner of the hotel, as well as from the room, you can see the mountains and the view is like from the most beautiful postcard. The hotel exceeded expectations.

Very big rooms , clean and nice stuff. Very good and complete breakfast. Nice area and close to a very nice restaurant, Leoneia, waking distance . Where we eat the best beafsteak in toscana and good price.

The pool is open only until 20:00 . And we arrived late . There is too much chlorine in the pool .

The maisonette arrangement was a bit off , the adjoining door to the adjacent apartment must of been made of paper . You could literally hear the people next door breathing. Place could do with a lick of paint , starting to look a bit shabby

Amazing location, huge apartment, super modern. VERY clean. Beautiful views and great pool and kid pool. Also a playground right next to it for my daughter. Free parking at playground. The breakfast was amazing the staff is so friendly and helpful. they went above and beyond in service. They were so sweet to my daugther. Everything exceeded our expectations and it was. the perfect place to spend time in the hills of florence.

We stayed in a clean spacious two bedroom apartment with a large bathroom and a kitchenette. The property seemed newly renovated and the surrounding villages are just lovely. The beds were comfortable, the shower had good water pressure and the breakfast was quite decent

We had noisy neighbors that seemed to make every possible noise but the nice receptionist called them to ask them to keep quiet. Not enough sun beds by the pool, most of them were “reserved” early in the morning with towels thrown on them
