The staff was really helpful. The hotel is very close to the Alipiri gate and you can board a bus to tirumala right from the hotel doors and get dropped nearby too. There was sufficient covered parking at the hotel. Breakfast is also pretty good and we had a good stay. Wifi was excellent. Bathrooms were good and hot water was avaialble readily.

The cleanliness of the sheets, the towels and toilteries provided can certainly be improved. Bathroom, especially the toilet can be a bit cleaner. This was my only gripe. But for the price, it is still an excellent choice.

The staff was very helpful and courteous. The room was of perfect size and very clean. Excellent sound proofing that completely cut off noise of traffic and allowed us to sleep well. A nice breakfast to start the day. The location was perfectly close for people who want to climb Tirumala by foot. We could start the walk right from the hotel.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location is convenient, the rooms are comfortable and the connectivity is reliable.

While I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, there were a few things that could have been better. Firstly, the cutlery provided was not adequate, with a shortage of tea cups being a particular inconvenience. Secondly, while the breakfast offered was good, it would have been better if it had been available for all guests until the last minute. Finally, the service provided by the hotel staff could have been better, with room for improvement in terms of attentiveness and responsiveness.

Tirupati is a very busy and touristy place from that perspective hotel is good enought with lot of excellent restaurants within 1 km walking radius

The breakfast was good. Rooms were clean and maintained well.

The receptionist was not very flexible at the time of check in. He was very particular about the number of persons in room. We went as a family of 3 adults and two children of age 13 and 10. He he counted the total as 4 adults and one child. (anyhow, we have already booked 2 rooms). Our sister's family also came with us and they were in the plan to return on the same day hence, they don't want to book the rooms for stay. The receptionist didn't allow them even to use the rest rooms and he told only two person per room can use the room for refreshing also. They should not be this much money minded.

LOCATION OF THE PROPERTY IS GOOD N EASY TO ACCESS. TINY PARKING AREA. ROOM IS GOOD AND THE RECEPETIONIST IS VERY FRIENDLY. FOOD QUALITY IS AWESOME IN TASTE. THEY VERY KEEN ABOUT THEIR SPEEDY PREPRATION MORNING COMPLIMENTRY BREAKFAST QUALITY IS GREAT.

Location is the highlight. Sutuated close to alipiri. Clean rooms, decent breakfast.

Staff are so cold. Such a neutral expression. No warmth in welcoming the guests.. Just business attitude...

Room, location and staffs' behavior. Complimentary mineral water bottles were provided. Aircon was functional. Restroom was clean. Toiletries were provided. We stayed in the family suite.

Breakfast had very few options. No fruits or juices, no coffee. Menu was limited - Cornflakes, Bread, Vermicelli, Idli, Vada (small), Watery Sambar, Chutni & Tea with sugar added. Taste was not delicious. Also, the restaurant isn't operational.

Spacious rooms, good room service. Family suite is perfect for staying with kids

There is no restaurant in the hotel. For tea in early morning at 6 am we had to go outside
