I had a wonderful stay and I highly recommend it! The breakfast was very good, with a great variety of options to choose from. The shared common spaces were cozy and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. I loved that I could grab water, coffee, and tea whenever I needed. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and provided a great space to unwind. The location was perfect – just the right distance from the beach and restaurants. The off-season parking was great, with options to park on the street or use the hotel’s spaces (though I’m not sure how it works during the season). I only wish I had more time to fully enjoy all the amenities. I would definitely return for another stay!

Staff was amazing and outstanding from start to finish.

There were children staying in the garden area and near our room. Not appropriately advertised and this getaway was not one for kids so we were disappointed. I inquired but was ignored Akira who asked our stay. If you don’t care about our true answer, don’t ask. We paid for no kids area and feel somewhat slighted and should have received some compensation or gift card to return. This was very disappointing! Also can hear road noise from the room and heat unit was dated and loud. I probably won’t stay in the garden again. I’m mostly upset since no one responded and asked me about my stay via text. Then ignored!

Breakfast was excellent, especially the sausages and the fresh fruit; cookies in evening were a pleasant surprise. The garden and fish pond were very relaxing.

King bed was not to our liking, but then again my wife and I are 78 and 79, respectively. Somewhat difficult getting into and out of bed! The bathroom tile above the tub is in need of good cleaning to remove the mold build-up on the caulking. Missed having a desk. A small one with a chair could be located between the dresser and the closet. The top drawer of the dresser should be checked out. It almost fell out the first time I opened it.

The entire property was clean and well-appointed. The buffet breakfast was wonderful. Our room was large and the furniture was very comfortable. Staff is very polite.

In addition to the room rate, the hotel charges a 15% "resort fee" regardless of what in the "resort" you use. It also charges an additional 1% for some charity in the area. This is obviously a ploy to be able to post lower than actual room rates!

The place is beautifully decorated and you feel like you walked into an English manor. There is a library with cozy couches, books and a fireplace. Breakfast was abundant and delicious with tailor made omelette’s! You won’t be disappointed! The room was very clean as well as the bathroom.

There was no fan in the bathroom that’s a problem for obvious reasons. The ottoman was dirty and could use a good shampoo. The carpet in the room had multiple discoloration spots as if bleach had been spilled on it. Decor in the room was a little sparse, could use some more artwork.

The staff was very friendly and responsive. The breakfast was very good even though the cappuccino machine was not working and there was only one person cooking the omelets which made the waiting time too long. Room was clean and very nice

The mattress was not good enough and the pillows were or too hard or too soft. During the breakfast there was only one person (she was very nice by the way) cooking the omelet which was not enough since the hotel was full. The waiting time was more then 15 minutes.

We spent our wedding night at this lovely hotel and they went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. We got upgraded to a lovely suite and a bottle of celebratory wine, which was all so nice. The hotel is beautifully updated inside. It is in easy walking to distance to everything in Rehoboth and the facilities were fantastic. They also have a fantastic breakfast included! I highly recommend staying here for both special occasions or just a regular stay!

No complaints, everything was great!

What did I like? The entire experience! From check in through check out, The Bellmoor exceeded all of my expectations. Gracious hospitality, comfortable accommodations, and a warm inviting atmosphere. I enjoyed the experience so much that I have booked a return visit in January. If a relaxing weekend is in order, this is the place!

The room was the perfect size. The location provided easy access to great restaurants and the boardwalk. Headed to the beach the hotel offered rides on its 5 person golf cart.

I know it's an older facility, I would say the bathroom is in desperate need of updates. Toilet was small about the same size as a bucket from Home Depot. Tiles on the bathroom floor were cracked in multiple area, overall the bathroom needs to be bigger

Overall everything from the service, location and accomodation's were excellent. The rooms were clean and staff were professional and pleasant. When I received emails last winter/spring about booking a vacation this year, I was a bit disappointed that the prices for rooms seemed much higher from years past. Of course everyone's costs have gone up, but I couldn't justify $5, $6 and $700 a night. IO didn't plan on visiting this year, but when I checked out the costs at the end of the summer, I found the prices much more reasonable.

I felt the property maintenance, (since the last several times that I have stayed), weren't up to par. Lots of mold and mildew in the ground floor parking structure. The building across from my window view needed to be cleaned or power washed and even the pool life saving ring on the upper pool outside of the spa, need a good cleaning. I believe with the staffing shortage everywhere, these things are very minor and would not deter me from staying at the Bellmoor again.
