Staff was great, it was a last minute booking because of family emergency. I got to the hotel at 230am. Everything was ready for me. The owners just took over last year and are remodeling working on upgrades. New flooring, my room was great, it had a large jetted tub in it. After driving for 7hrs after just getting off an 5hr flight for a different family emergency, after 3 major back surgeries it was nice to relax in. The bed was new from frame to mattress.

The elevator was a little scary, I have to use a cane to walk and the door almost shut on me a few times while I was in the doorway of it and the door had just open. It open all the way the started shutting again. It did not have any type of breakfast accommodations, would be nice if a grab and go type station.

It's conveniently located; across the street from Governor's Mansion; a half block from a city block park like area where they have summer weekly concerts, and food trucks, at least on Wednesday or Thursday. And one of those food trucks serves some great ribs. And there are some close by places for dinner and entertainment; and their is a community college within a block; and the train station is really close. I did not get a chance to enjoy those establishments; but it's very positively located in a good nice spot. The bed of the king size was great and so too the pillows. Price was competitive to surrounding like type hotels.

There were small items I mentioned at check out. Typically for hotels you have the lock and at the top you have like a catch latch; the catch latch was not operable. For the sink, there was a piece missing, so for shaving, you needed to use a face towel to keep the water from draining out. And for the shower curtain to the tub, one of the ends was not holding well. All of these were mentioned on check out.

Location and price. Walking distance to many of the sights. Old capital 2 blocks away. Governors mansion directly across the street. Several restaurants and such. Farmers market on Saturday a few blocks down.

Outside was a bit rundown. People hanging out in the back of premises. We weren’t sure if they long term stay or staff which we never saw other staff but the manager. They weren’t problematic just creepy.

A walking distance from anything you want to see in Downtown. You just leave your car safely parked & walk to anywhere. The room was OK Clean 100% Accommodation old but everything works .

Perfect location easy access, affordable, large clean rooms with fridge and microwave. Very pleasant stay

No elevator, narrow passages.

Staff was friendly as always. Rooms were clean. Was close to the state fairgrounds which was the reason for our visit. Was close to other places such as eating and stores.

They were waiting for parts to get the elevator fixed, so we had to walk upstairs to get to the room. Other than that. it was good, no complaints.

Spacious room, fridge and hot water worked well. Located in the centre of the town.

It had a great location just blocks from the Lincoln House National Park, State Capital, down town, and a Frank Lloyd Wright house. The room was quite and the air conditioner worked, the water was hot, the bed comfortable, and restaurants close by.

This is an old building and the owners are trying to fix up the motel but have a ways to go.
