The resort had everything we could need and more. Staff was amazing from within the resort, out in the pool area, and all the way to the beach! Superior service and very friendly, our favorite was Brooke at the bar. Great family trip over a long weekend, my 17 yo never felt unsafe roaming the resort alone, and this is now our go-to spot for gulf shores!

The upscale restaurant, Voyager's, books reservations completely full, and we didn't get to experience the fine dining they had to offer. Make sure you make reservations early to get a spot, which I obviously failed to do! Walk-in's and same day reservations are not available at all times.

Room was clean . The room view was perfect . Pool and jacuzzis clean and comfortable. Beach area clean and beautiful . Vale was great very friendly. Great costumer service . Hotel restaurants prices were great and they were clean . Very nice atmosphere . Pizza place went above and beyond they close at 10:00 we arrived at 9:50 they were nice and made us a pizza from scratch an it was a great pizza .

There’s only one thing I don’t like is I spend close to 500 dollars and the beach seats and umbrella was 45 up charge not even breakfast included I understand breakfast has to go through whole process to open one but at least include the beach seats and the umbrella it’s not a 100 dollar seats or umbrella that’s the only issue my opinion .

We overall love this resort. Staff is always helpful and welcoming. The view and location is great. It's very kid friendly and you never have to leave the resort if you dont want too. There is a great variety of food choices located at the resort. Several restaurants and stores are within walking distance as well.

We have stayed here tons of times before and never had any issues. This stay, I opened up the refrigerator to place our beverages in it to get cool and the refrigerator had leftover plates of food in there. There was a half of steak located in the bottom drawer as it had fallen out of the takeout container. Food crumbs were around the area as well. The shower had several strands of hair still present. I always bring cleaning supplies. I cleaned the refrigerator area and the shower to my likings. I did report the issue and they were prompt to respond and say they had scheduled a cleaning for our room. I told them I appreciate it but I had cleaned it already. I only reported it just so they were aware of that issue. All in all, it was still a great stay!

I typically make reviews regarding hotels! I stayed booked the Pass View , Queen Bedroom to make it helpful! This was the BEST hotel I’ve stayed at. I felt so safe , the guests & front desk were so sweet & helpful. I even brought hotel decor and the guest services decorated for me! Room service cleaned my room as well while I went to the beach! This was the best & most comfortable stay ever . The food and drinks at the bar outside by the pool were reasonable & delicious . I will be doing a review on my social media platform for a great recommendation! I loved this property I will pick this again if I go back!

Hotel staff was so nice, the part of fireworks on Friday I saw were amazing, free champagne on Saturday and the set up for it was so cute. Rooms, restaurants, pools all very clean and well taken care off. Love that there are many dining options so you dont even have to leave it you dont want to. Beach area is also very nice. Was my second time here and I definitely will be recommending to others and be back.

Honestly liked it all. I guess if I had one complaint it would be that me and my family didn't know about the daily events(or that there were any) or that there posted on the TV, so almost missed out on the fireworks completely. Maybe they could just tell you on check in that daily events are posted on the website and TV.

The room was clean, comfortable, and had great views. I bed was very comfortable. We forgot to look at the mattress brand before we left so I left a voicemail for the executive housekeeper to find out what kind of mattress was on the bed. I have yet to receive a return phone call with the mattress brand information.

The construction noise under our oceanfront balcony interrupted us taking naps during our stay, not relaxing. A couple of conventions at the resort made our stay not as peaceful as we liked. We ended up checking out early.

everything was excellent. the staff everywhere were helpful. anything that needed to be done was done- housekeeping , pool, beach and restaurants.

I had only one small problem . when I checked in the valet wouldn’t take my car because cause he said the valet was full. never had that happen anywhere. I think that even if it was full he should’ve taken the car to the self park lot for me ( being a senior I would’ve appreciated that and given him a very good gratuity). aside from that everything else was superb.

Everything was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We especially liked that maid service was available daily upon request. That made things extra special. It was just a relaxed visit that my sister and I truly enjoyed!! Highly Recommended.

The restaurants could have been a little better, but we're used to the best since we’re from New Orleans. The high-end restaurant and the breakfast casual one were not up to par. But the lady at the Coffee shop had closed a moment before we arrived and reopened to serve us on a Sunday evening. Exceptional!!

Loved everything!! Beautiful views, gorgeous pools specially at night was beautiful and the fireworks were amazing!! Great Staff!!

Only negative, was kept having issues with tv , engineers came to fix right away, only tv never stayed playing long everyday, and ice machine didn’t work on our floor! Just small issues

The staff was so polite and helpful from the time we drove up until time we drove off.They park your vehicle they go get your vehicle have it ready soon as you step out the door . They unpack your vehicle deliver your bags and suitcase to your room not just at the door they unload the cart put your stuff in your room you don't have to touch nothing. They come back and load all your stuff up on the cart take it down and put it in your vehicle for you it was so awesome. The hospitality was off the chain. Everything you needed was at the resort from the food to the entertainment!!!!! I will go there again it felt like royalty fit for a king and a queen!!!!
