check in on the 15th the girl on the desk was so pleasant and kind and helpful. Room clean and large hotel well located and very very clean and nice on inside.

I think that the cost for parking should be included in the price of the room, or make better arrangements for people to know especially when booking on line with Booking.com. Enough parking for all especially when the hotels are now charging for a short person the beds are high, need a small stool to get in. The racks for the towels are too high for a short person think the breakfast could be expanded to 10:30

The staff were all very amazing! I'd particularly love to say thank you to Benie, who went above and beyond to make me and my parents, daughter, and sister's stay smooth, comfortable and above all flexible. She helped modify my booking to add my sister, she helped keep our luggage in storage as my family and I arrived quite early, she helped with the extension for late checkout. Infact she was top notch 👌 and she deserves a raise. People like her are the ones that create great customer retention! Will use Ramada again in the future, because of Benie and I will refer them to my entourage. Thank you so much, Benie, God bless you!

The stay was great to be honest, no negative side.

Room and bed were good, roomy, clean and comfortable. Shower was 2 maybe 3 stars with visible drywall-finishing details, and the handle for the shower had a gap to the wall. All working but, in my opinion not up to a 4 stars standard.

Breakfast, (included). The pastries kind of dry, croissants in particular. No cheese and no cold meats at least on the day we had breakfast. No scrambled eggs, no sausages. Perhaps breakfast is good enough just to get a coffee and snacks.

They should have a security guard for their parking lot. There was only limited parking and it is first come first serve, which is understandable. But there were people that parked blocking other people’s car. In the morning many customers had to wait over hours to get their cars out. I know it’s not the hotel who did that. It was some stupid ignorant customers who just chose to park where ever they could. But if the hotel had a security guard, this situation could’ve been avoided.

Staff are so friendly and they would help with any issues. Breakfast was also good. I liked their cold water tank in the lobby too.

There are some facilities like microwave and coffee maker in the room, which is great, but they are far from outlet and I had to move them for using them. Also, a kettle could be added to the room because they do not provide hot water in the breakfast also vending machine does not work for hot water.

Location was great, we were visiting someone in the neighbourhood. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast offered enough choices - the breakfast room was immaculately clean and the staff member maintaining the buffet made sure that everything was available. She was constantly checking and filling up the stations.

The room was large but there was no dresser at all. No place to place unpacked clothes so we hung everything up.

Staff are so friendly. Elevator was out of order and i was staying in 5th floor. You just imagine when you go to hotel and elevator is out of order. But staff bring my luggage that was really kind. Thank you for staff one more time. Everything was good except elevator problem, staying at 5th floor. 😊😊😊

Breakfast need to be change everyday. Same food for 4 days.

The pool was at a warm temperature great for relaxing with integrated seating. Felt like I was in my home in the fitness centre. Bed was really comfortable, I slept very well. I would personally prefer an extra blanket as I like heavier blankets on top of me. Great toiletries were provided! Dove brand! This was a first for me; I was surprised it was like the cherry on top! And they had a laundry mat!
