This town is a great place to stay, it’s relaxing and picturesque. The hotel itself is located an easy walk from the town centre but far enough away to be quiet. There are also two fabulous supermarkets in town with a really good selection of food and wines. Our room was clean, modern and simply furnished. There was an outdoor balcony which was sunny in the afternoons, had a beautiful view of the hillside and was a great place to relax in the sun after a day of walking. The owner was lovely and friendly and the hotel has maps and info about local activities. Breakfast was really nice also. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Only thing missing was a small fridge for the room.

Hotel was wonderful - room was spacious, clean, and had very comfortable bed and a great bathroom and views from the balcony. Breakfast was also very nice! However, the star of this place is the host - she is INCREDIBLE. On top of just being an extremely lovely person, I had to go to the hospital, which is 40 minutes away, and she came and waited with my friend to drive us back (we would have been stranded otherwise). She went above and beyond. Highly recommend staying here for the hotel, location, and host.

- Good location close to the Gardena/Sella Passes if wanting to get an early start (motorcyclist perspective), did see a number of hikers staying as welll so it's likely a good starting point for that as well - Clean rooms, good shower with coffee/tea kettle, the price-value is quite good - there are quite a few nice restaurants nearby for a nice dinner and is nice green area overall - enough parking available - Nice and friendly hosts

- Maybe because mine was a single room so the bed was quite basic and on the harder side but overall comfortable.

We loved this accommodation however it's not in the centre of town if that's what you're looking for. We wanted a mountain view and the location did not disappoint. The views from our balcony were spectacular. We had a car so it was easy for us to find a dinner spot. You can walk but it's an uphill walk back. Room was very comfortable and great breakfast included.

We had a great week at Hotel Morene! The room was very clean and comfortable and had a spacious balcony with amazing views. The location was perfect for hiking/biking and also walking distance to restaurants, shops and the town centre. The host is super nice, welcoming and helpful!

was really great overall. the view and the area was incredible. the owner- wonderful !!! we arrived really late in the night, and the owner waited till we arrived around 11pm. was so sweet for her to stay up just to make sure we were okay and would arrive. the breakfast was really nice ! decent, and the worker there- she was so nice ! it was a great atmosphere and this made our trip !

The stay was really wonderful. We checked in a little late and they were super accommodating. The room was very clean, had everything one needed and was very comfortable overall. The room had a nice view of the valley and the mountains. The best part was the breakfast which was freshly naked by the hostess in the morning. It smelled amazing and tasted even better. Super nice people and would highly recommend this place.

Location is amazing. Very close to the slope and ski lift as well as city center. Our room was quiet big with a new furniture and fresh renovation plus the bathroom was a big one. Many thanks for this week

The hotel was beautiful inside and out. Breathtaking views from our window, and right across the street from the slopes. The breakfast was delicious, the room was spotless, well equipped, and comfortable. The owners were incredibly helpful, friendly, and accommodating. I can't say enough good things about this hotel. It's truly wonderful!

What a lovely guest house!! Everything was really new and modern and light. We had a balcony along the side with great views of the mountains. The hotel isn't directly in the centre but up the hill a bit (not steep) and therefore more quiet with said views. Free parking in front. Breakfast (continental) was great and the coffee very yummy. The 2 ladies who run it are very friendly and chatty and can tell you about the history of the region. It's about a 10 min walk into the village, which is very pretty. I will definitely stay again.
