The property is conveniently located in Andheri with quick access to the Western Express Highway and to the Airport. The reception staff are friendly bunch of guys and quite cheerful for very late evening check-in and early morning check-out. Thank you. The highlight of the property is the restaurant with very diverse menu spread and buffet. Desi, Asian, Salads, Continental platter for dinner and breakfast that was very flavourful.

The musty smell in the loo be is disconcerting that smells damp. The AC was stubborn child unwilling to behave itself. The guys at the restaurant need to smile and please get the reception staff to train them.

Our stay at the Mirador hotel Mumbai was nothing short of excellence from day 1. We were gladly welcomed by their reception Pankaj, their bell boy is definitely one of the most welcoming, helpful and cheerful people I've met. Their restaurant staff, including Nimrish, Ronak, Chris and Saroj made our stay enjoyable. They were all proactive and very helpful. The hotel room is up to standard, they offer one of the best versatile buffet in Mumbai, from continental to Indian dishes. Their chef is surely one of the best in Mumbai. I highly recommend the Mirador Hotel Mumbai, it's easily accessible and very convenient. It was an amazing experience we had, a memorable one. Thanks to the Mirador Hotel and all their staff.

My visit to India is to take the NCLEX exam. This hotel appears to be one of the nearest on the map. And, certainly, the hotel is right in front of the testing facility. Though tiny, the crew is extremely dedicated. I'd want to compliment their door manager, Pankaj, for his professionalism. He was really professional in his job and even wished me luck with my exam. The room service is also fantastic; anytime he sees me in the hallways, he always asks if I need anything. Again, an incredible experience. If given the chance, I would absolutely book this hotel again.

The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, so you should be prepared for noise during the daytime hours; nevertheless, they have issued a letter of apologies.

The reservation team upgraded the room.for us. The stay was very comfortable and pleasant. Very near to the airport and an excellent location for the exam takers as Solitaire Corporate Park is just on the opposite side of the hotel. Keep up the standard...

The breakfast should have more selection.. The staff at the coffee.shop seemed to be stressed out and did not have a pleasing nature at all.

It was close to my office location and the staff was couteous.

When i booked for two night the room rent was 27 K and to my surprise it did not include breakfast. On the next day my colleague checked into the same hotel along with me he was charged 21 K for two nights for the same days i had stayed and his rates included breakfast. I was quite disappointed with this. This was more a Booking.com fault when i had enquired.

Perfect location if you are going to take the NCLEX examination. It just takes a minute from the hotel to Pearson Vue testing center. Food is very affordable and surprisingly good for it's price. Staffs are so polite especially Mr. Pankaj who not only made our stay worthwile but also prayed for our success in the examination.

Location is very good if you will take an exam from pearson vue and also near the airport. Room photos same with the actual room, neat. The staffs were very friendly and accommodating, thank you Aayushi, Pankaj, Roystan and Leonara!

Breakfast food from buffet was not warm. But good selection.

The location (close to the airport), the super comfy bed and the breakfast buffet that had a lot of good options. The hotel is also relatively well-maintained. I'm glad we chose this hotel for our final night in Mumbai as it ended on a high note. Also they had nice Christmas decor :)

There was some confusion as to whether breakfast was included in my booking or not, I was extra informed after checking in that it was included. But then at the breakfast after finishing eating, we were given an invoice of 2000 rupees and then at checkout was asked to pay. Staff checked more thoroughly and we didn't have to pay, it was a bit worrying but it was properly resolved. Otherwise we had an awesome stay.
