The room was spacious and modern, with plenty of light fixtures and electrical outlets, which was very convenient. The beds are wonderful and extremely comfortable. The bathroom looks new and modern, and the shower was excellent. I also liked the Dove toiletries (word of advise to management - lower the shampoo bottles holder by at least a foot, so guests won't squirt shampoo in their eyes).

The reception was unmanned most of the time. The employees are often in the back room, where they can't see when guests are looking for assistance at the front desk. Breakfast was very standard, and we had to go looking for an employee to refill the pancake machine. By the time they got around to it we already left the breakfast area. The room and the hotel were generally clean, but when we moved the armchair to put it close to the desk we discovered behind it leftovers from the previous guests.

The room was very clean and bed was very comfy.

We had complementary breakfast with our stay. We down to eat at a reasonable time to eat the sausage and hash browns had no been refilled and the coffee lids had not been restocked. What I did get to eat was good and the coffee was really good too.

This place had a great hot breakfast with plenty of choices. The rooms were clean and comfortable. They had an indoor pool and exercise room.

This property is really nice and the price is high. If you’re going to stay at an expensive hotel then they should clean your room and replace dirty towels DAILY. This hotel doesn’t do that. They will give you clean towels but you have to ask for them. If I didn’t want my room cleaned daily then I would have stayed in a cheaper hotel.

Our stay was very comfortable. The hotel was clear, the employees friendly and helpful. The hours for the fitness center and breakfast fit our schedule perfectly. Overall it was a very good experience.

I can't think of anything that would have improved our experience.

We’ve been staying there for over five years to visit family in Fulton. The staff has always been outstanding and friendly. I know we pay more than alternatives but we consider it well worth it.

That we had to leave! I wish we could live there!

Smell of weed in our hall way.. it’s understandable that you can’t stop ignorance…. But everything else was fantastic

We were traveling by car across the country with my dog Cooper. We were so tired and just happened across this Holiday Inn Express that is pet friendly. It was so clean and comfortable and made us feel welcome. Breakfast was great and a good send off to finish our journal.

Everything was so good. Only one suggestion would be to remove all carpet from rooms.

The hotel and rooms were clean. The front desk staff and housekeeping were very friendly. The morning breakfast was good.

The pillows were not comfortable, both my wife and I woke up with a stiff neck.

This is our third time staying here. The bed was excellent and the room was big. Lots of choices for breakfast. Easy access to everything.
