The nice girl working the breakfast always made sure it was full. The rooms were quiet and cozy. Asked for extra towels from room service and they gave me them. Everyone at the desk was nice They had lemon water and coffee at all times!!!

The pool ran out of towels so I do not think it was checked regularly. The front bathroom was locked so I had to go back to my room to used the bathroom during breakfast.

The only issue was the temperature of the room when we arrived. It appeared as if they preserved energy by not turning the air conditioning very cool. This issue resolved when we adjusted the temperature to our liking. We don’t really view this as a problem as it rectified easily!

The deposit is to high I’m a VIP PLATINUM CUSTOMER I don’t smoke in rooms I do not mess rooms up I clean up behind myself in every room I take my own trash out all they have to do is wipe down change the sheets an put clean towels in my room but that 150.00 dollar deposit is to high then it takes 7 days to come back

The location is quite, easy to access and some restaurants around. Breakfast is good, comfortable beds and warm staff too. Had a good time while staying, only the sizing of the room & bathroom along with placement of the sink inside room was kind of weird.

The room was small for 2 beds for sure. The bathroom was so tiny, even though the sink was placed inside the room (not in bathroom). Which might sound OK but if it was in the bathroom (in this case impossible) it would have been much appropriate.

Breakfast was really not very good. But the typical breakfast has never been good even, at more upscale hotels. Scrambled eggs powdered and reconstituted.

Basically just the powdered scrambled eggs. In all fairness, these hotels, probably don’t even have the equipment to scramble real eggs.

The hotel was very clean. The staff were all nice and helpful. The breakfast was great, and the tables and food stations were kept clean the entire time that I was present. The staff work very hard to keep the customers happy. They are to be commended for their great efforts; customer service is not easy.

I didn't like the lack of temperature regulation in the room. The room temperature can go from hot to too cold. It was hard to reach a consistent comfortable temperature.

I absolutely loved the location and the cozy feel of the hotel. Not too busy and wild. When I am in St.Louis again I will definitely book this hotel.

Not a biggie. But the room tvs need an upgrade.

This is my 3rd time at this hotel. It is OK for visiting alone. Price is ok for the service. The breakfast was good (no surprises at the 3rd time means you have a nice standard right there!).

Bathroom was small, and the sink is actually in the room, if I stay with family, this is not what I want the most. This might be a good area to optimize

The hotel was clean. Beds comfortable with nice pillows. Breakfast buffet had lots of options. Kids loved the indoor pool. Room was clean. Will stay again and highly recommend.

Not a lot of restaurants or stores around area, but enjoyed the quietness from the hustle and bustle of St. Louis.
