Close to restaurants

Chain on window shade was broke.. Price was too high!! Had called on 9/30 to make sure I had a room on first floor close to lobby because I recently started using a walker. They said they would!!! When I got there on 10/18 they had me on 4th floor…. Was told there were no suites on first floor…. Had them downgrade me to a first floor easy-accessible room they had left but weren’t able to lower the price…. WHY????

Staff was friendly, the morning gal and I chatted daily. She made every attempt to extend my lodging as availability opened (even tho it didn't for the full time that I needed). She was helpful in giving me directions too. Thank you!

The Wifi was basically non existent which was very unfortunate for me as I'm taking a class and couldn't get on to listen to the lectures or participate. I at times used my phone but service bars were also limited. The breakfast could've been great, but the eggs and sausage gravy was almost fridge cold.....blah.

everything . minus one very rude un hospitable concierge named David. extremely offensive to me personally and questioning my authenticity in good standing upon my arrival. I forgive him for rude words accusations and questioning my account , all on recorded call with verified federal bank due to his indiscretionary behavior, and then refusal to connect me to the manager nor providing contact number upon my request . in all other forms the management and staff were stellar so I will extend grace, with recommendation that this young man learn what hospitable really means.

see above. in all other forms , and from much experience traveling, it is most excellent here in my estimation. thank you for 99.9 :)

The location, cleanliness, staff. Oh the thing we loved most was it had a stand alone shower NO TUB!! It was awesome. More hotels should offer showers only. Not everyone like to climb over a tub to take a shower.

That they don’t keep milk in the cabinet to buy. It would have been nice if they served fresh warm cookies or something around 4:00 for a small snack. Or offered nachos and dip something fun each evening.

This property was close to family and very clean.

The room was not as expected from the pictures but management helped us get a room that worked for us. The biggest issue was the lack of curtains in the room- a simple privacy screen was all that was provided which did not block out any sunshine. The beds were very high and inaccessible to people with shorter legs (shorter than 5’6”) The pullout sofa did not have linens or comforter& it’s own pillows

Great stay, fair price. Included breakfast was very nice. Staff friendly and helpful. Dinner spots available that were an easy walk to get to which was nice.

Walls thin -- lots of noise in the hallway and adjoining rooms. TV not set up for immediate use (front desk staff did help get it figured out though).

The shower and sink soaps were nice. It's nice to have a brand you know in a pump style to use so you don't have to pull your stiff out of your bag. My room was clean and comfortable. Don't listen to the reviews, it was a Great deal

So many questions at check in, but I understand. I would rather that? than giving my room away to a random. Everything was nice and as I expected at a holiday Inn

We only stayed one night on a family trip and it was very nice and clean. Easy check in. We all Enjoyed breakfast 😋 our grandaughter doesn't like elevators and we got a room right at the top of the stairs this made her very happy🤩

The bathroom door seemed heavy and kept shutting even when we wanted it open so I to prop it open.

Everything but the pool was closed so that was one reason to go there specially for the kids. Love the room an the 🥞 breakfast. An overall was real good. Hoping for the pool to be open soon an to let us know if it open or not

Pool was closed an it was 99 degrees that day so they need to fix it

The breakfast was decent.

I was not told there would be a deposit until we got to the hotel. So that was unexpected. We did not have enough clean towels for each of us so we had to ask for more.
