The size of the room was enormous. We got 2 bedrooms + 2 full baths. On room with 2 queen beds and one room with another queen bed. Between the 2 rooms, there was ample space with a den + a fully equipped kitchen. We also got 3 TVs. The hotel also has an indoor pool and an exercise room with nice equipment that works well. The breakfast was hot with good options. Parking is free, and the hotel is situated away from the street and very quiet. location is great, with quick access to the interstate.

It seems that maintenance is lacking. One faucet was leaking. The carpets all over the hotel were old. They do a lot of cooking in these rooms, and sometimes it doesn't smell that good. One elevator was broken. Some parts of the hotel are under renovations.

The location was very convenient for our stay in Long Island . Our room was very comfortable , even with the front elevator not working, we still found our stay great...

There's not much to complain about , but we did have to call down for linen for the sofa bed. The lighting in the bathroom was a little tricky, the light over sink would flash on and off .

I had the pleasure of working with the Epitome of customer service Rose. Such a pleasure. Rose exudes the type of professionalism necessary to maintain an extremely successful business. Homewood Suites is now our 1st choice. As owner of a Law Firm, I know the value of customer service at its best.

I took the room for one night with my dog. The movers packed up my home in Massapequa on a Thurs and was scheduled to drive down to VA on the following day. I knew that day would be a long one, so I booked a room for the night. I was very happy I did. I was pleased with the room. It was clean. The staff was very friendly and welcoming to me and my dog. I plan on staying there whenever I go home to visit. I have no complaints with my short stay.

I was only there for one day, so I really couldn't say. Had I been there longer, I may found some things I wasn't happy with, but that wasn't the case.

The pool could be a bit warmer and the hot tub a bit cooler. We couldn't totally enjoy either amenity due to uncomfortable temperature. That is the only issue. We love the hotel, particularly the 2 bedroom suite, but we wish the pool and hot tub could have been enjoyed.

Outdated sockets, would be great to have usb charging ports somewhere in the room. Would like to add couple words about booking.com. Just horrible. If I didn’t make a call, nobody knows about my reservation. And when I had made a reservation it was TWO beds room, suddenly it appeared ONE bed. Thanks to the personal problem was solved.

Love the fact that each room has a kitchen. More like little apartments. Very convenient for families.

The only thing I did not like was that if you don't know where this hotel is, you probably will have a hard time finding it. The sign is so small and blends in with the stone behind it. Also, Google maps will direct you to another lot right next door to the hotel.

The breakfast was delicious ... there were varied options and the options changed daily. My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights. We were in the Melville area for a family funeral. In addition, my brothers and children also stayed at this hotel, although not as long as 6 nites. The breakfast area was clean and always being monitored. The entire dining area was vacuumed every afternoon. I want to commend Rose, the person at the front desk, who was there nearly every day... for long hours. She was professional, courteous and outstanding in every way.

Excellent breakfast and kind staff. Beds were very comfortable and I loved having a kitchen to work out of with my family. We were in town for several days.

Pool could’ve been warmer. Would’ve liked info provided in the room for how to use the electric car charging station in the parking lot.

I had some room issues and they switched me without hesitation. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was hot, delicious, and variety.

Hot Tub was not working properly because of a missing part.
