We booked a suite which was absolutely lovely, spacious and we wished we had booked longer. Lovely bathroom and shower, kitchen had everything we needed and although a little chilly to sit out in October a balcony with table and chairs. Would recommend! Plenty to do in the area too. Hotel gave recommendations for things to do in the area.

When we arrived we were informed we were booked into a presentation for the following day for a type of timeshare thing, which we declined but they were quite persistent, didn't expect that or appreciate it as we were only there 2 nights.

I thought the suite was very nice and spacious. The woman at the check in was pleasant and helpful. Parking was good.

I did not like the people pushing the time shares/memberships. They were extremely aggressive and pushy! I completely shut down. Then they called the next morning to ask why I wasn’t interested. So unprofessional and rude. Also the pools were not heated as advertised, the hot tub was not working.

The big room with a kitchen and 2 bathrooms and the location in Steamboat. Kids loved the indoor pool and hot tubes. Nice property! Staff was friendly and room was clean...

Everything was great, but the Wi-Fi was out, and we didn't find this out until check-in. This should be communicated earlier to help customers prepare for such. I don't want to stay in the lobby to use that wi-fi for work. Or offer a discount because of this inconvenience.

The pools and hot tub were amazing. Loved that they had a playground on site for our little one. It was so quiet in the rooms that I didn't think anyone else was actually in the building but the parking was filled so there had to be others there! The property all the amenities on site including pool towels and free laundry. We didn't realize this was a timeshare property and they offered us a presentation as non-owners when we checked in, but they did not push or treat us poorly when we declined as some other places do. Wish we would have stayed longer!

The indoor pool was actually colder than the outdoor pool. Maybe it is heated in the winter.

I enjoyed the facilitates and the unit I stayed in. Everything required was there.

The coffee supplied could be better. It was unfortunate the hot tub wasn’t working. I was looking forward to it.

The property is fantastic, used to be time- share condos, I believe. They are a superb value;well stocked and beautiful kitchen, extremely comfortable beds, (2 bedroom suite) even the sofa bed was better than most. The bathrooms (2) are well appointed and very clean. The view from the balcony,beautiful, as all of Steamboat is. Wish we could have stayed longer. Loved the underground parking.

The only thing a bit different and difficult about the property is how far you have to go to use the pools, hot tubs, excersise room, grills, etc. Alot of it is in the club house/ check in area which was a bit of a walk. I love walks but not in a swim suit... I used the spa tub in my room because of it, which was awesome.

Great space. we had a working vacation and there was plenty of room to spread out and work. Great bathroom space - we were very comfortable there. Only negative was that the gym was n a room with no view -

The property was fully booked yet very quiet-both inside our apartment and on the grounds. We enjoyed the ability to walk every morning and loved that we were close to town yet in a more secluded spot.

Great location. Private and quiet but within walking distance of restaurants. Near walking trail, nice view of the mountains.

Overall was great. Basic areas were clean. Just needed some deep cleaning in some areas of the suite.

It was nice big and clean staff was very friendly it had a washer and dryer

To use wifi you had to pay $18 They keep you longer by giving you maps and booklets of the town and stuff which is helpful and friendly. But at the end of it. Then they try to sell you a timeshare or waste your time by going in and talking about a time share.
