Customer service is very good. Compliment serve is avaible. Motorbike for renting is good quality and affordable. Room is spacious. There are chairs at the elevator which is very convenient for elderly.

It's a very nice hotel with beautiful rooms and a lavish breakfast spread. Stayed there for 2 nights and had a very comfortable stay. The hotel staff is professional and we would love to return again.

The location is a bit secluded and around 2 km away from restaurants and shops.

The staff were amazing, a big thank you to Truc and Phong who are 2 highly professional members of the Xavia team and are invaluable. All the rest of the staff there work so hard and are extremely helpful. The room is large, the view fantastic and the breakfast is varied.

When it's windy it can get a little noisy in the room as the windows are badly fitted. The floor in the bathroom gets very wet after a shower.

Our room was quite spacious. The sea view balcony overlooking the beach was good. We also had some minor problems with our room like a door that was sticking and everything was taken care of in good time. The staff were very hospitable and helpful.

We were at the property during the new year and it was very loud on the beach until 10 PM every night. Also, the buffet breakfast had many Asian choices, but not as many western choices.

Had such an amazing stay at Xavia! The breakfast was fantastic, we received a free room upgrade, and the staff was incredible—especially Jenny, who catered to all our needs. She even contacted me prior to check-in to let me know the room was ready and that I could check in earlier if needed. I would definitely recommend this place if you'd like to get a bit away from the hustle and bustle of Nha Trang center, while still being within walking distance.

I had an absolutely incredible stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me with warm smiles and welcome drink. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything I could possibly needcomfortable bed, stunning views. The facilities were topnotch, the restaurant served some of the best food I’ve ever tasted. Every detail was perfect, making my stay truly unforgettable.

Great staff. Especially Eric an Hua at front desk. Eric took care of many great details. All the staff are welcoming and attentive to your needs. Beach location very nice. Hotel is nice and clean. Lots of food at the breakfast buffet. Great experience overall. Will stay again. Highly recommend.

Pool is in an open area on a higher floor. The wind keeps the area cold. So i never had a chance to enjoy it. Also, shower is in tub with nothing to keep water from splashing all over the floor.

I’m super grateful of Jenny and the entire Customer Service Team for giving me a beautiful cake on my birthday during my stay. I only asked for a simple decoration for my room but I was struck in awe when they extended extra mile by giving me a cake on my birthday. I have never experienced this extra effort from my previous hotel bookings. I had the best experience of Nha Trang because of Xavia Hotel. You can rest assured that your world class customer service will be shared to my entire Filipino friends. Thank you so much once again Xavia Hotel Team.
